FloFitBox Fitness Center & Functional Gym - Gym in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

After getting tired of busy, congested gyms, and gyms that charge you an arm and a leg for membership and then personal training on top, FlofitBox was a breath of fresh air. Not only are they quieter studio space that's rarely ever too busy, they allow you the flexibility of going for just personal training alone without having to pay membership fees which was a key selling point for me. Their trainers are patient and attentive and I gained a great deal from them

Flofitbox is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Their group classes are so fun, a great mix of weight training, cardio, stretches and loads of loving motivation from the trainers. Tried a personal training session too and found it incredibly impactful (experienced all the good pain you expect and that too after just a 45 minute workout!). Their gyms don't have the electronic machines you find everywhere but manual ones. They're better for your body and move with you. Their biggest asset is their attitude and their attention to detail. Give it go, give your body the loving it deserves!

Flo fit box is an amazing gym. Location is excellent, equipment is top notch. Best part about the gym is its culture, unlike other gyms in Bombay, members and trainers are serious about fitness, weightlifting and correct form rather than Instagram and ego lifting. Special shout out to Pranay who is an excellent trainer and Wasim who makes the experience of any interaction with gym seamless and stress free. Highly recommend!!

Flofit's been an ideal place for me to come in everyday and train; creating a one of a kind experience in Mumbai. The vision of the box in creating a community feeling is truly shown through the management's continuous efforts. The group classes are great to break a sweat and the whole team is responsive & comforting.

Today, i had one of the worst coaching experience of my life at flofitbox, the owner florian treated me in a poor way and even threatened to slap me infront of other coaches and staff and told to clean the gym the next morning over some misunderstanding from florian's end. Florian is very rude and mean and got lot of attitude. I would strongly recommend to not to join the gym

This is the place where you all will experience diffrent kinds of excercises. They have good coaches like vikram and siddhant who will give you personal attention too to achieve your fitness goals.
