Worst delivery on time, delivery date finished 2days before but still i didn't receive my order
I had a refund of installation charges of Rs 498. Even after weeks of calling flipkart team(useless) ive still not recived the payment.. Kindly dont buy items which requires installation as their engineers are not qualified and in case of cancellations flipkart never gives you the money back. Thier grevince redressal is the worst ive seen. Im a plus customer and this is what im facing. I dont what normal customers would have to face.

It's purely HUB. We can't buy anything here. Important thing, if you go there to collect your package also they won't give you. They have a strict instructions to deliver at your door step. The guys who work there, they behave like they are the owner of the place. So whatever you order it will be delivered to your home address. One more thing, the place is good. Ambience nice. Since it's a warehouse we can't expect cleanliness, this place located in Nehru Nagar, and beside the Axis Bank Building. They have the parking a lot for the delivery boys, we can't park it there. For civilian like us we have to park it on the roadside. That's all about this place.

This is how they cheat people, the phone I ordered in big shopping days got cancelled without any notification one day after they are asking me to order again with the raised price now. Customer care is sorry for the inconvenience cause to me. 3 customer care people had 3 different reasons. 1. I didn't call flipkart for confirming my order. 2. There was an error in system so there was no offer like that in which I placed my order. 3. Out of stock - For the people who ordered for COD instead of paying by cards. Please stop cheating people in the name of offers. I got another and one of the superb reason for cancelling my order yesterday.
