The instructor is totally unprofessional. I doubt whether he have any formal training in body training. Pls know that pushing too much for beginners can have long lasting complications. we joined and since the first visit my partner is suffering from clicking noise from neck and it's been 3 months. And we had to spent almost tripple amount on medical expenses than the gym fee and still no relief. Be careful when visiting..
