Flex Gym has a lot of Weight Training Equipments + Cardio Machines like Treadmill, Exercise Bike & Cross Trainer. However few machines are broken and unusable. They plan to shift to a new place. Hope to see improvement. Pricing: Cardio + Weight - Rs1500 for 2 months Weight lift only: Advance Rs500, then monthly Rs350
Excellent gym and would highly recommend for anyone. It's a really safe space for women. Staff behaviour is highly professional and compassionate. The trainers are very sincere and always push you to get better.
