The hospital should get zero star although it is better to call a killing centre rather hospital. The doctor killed my grandfather in the OT but the staffs didn't forget or bother about taking money by even making business with a person dyeing on his death bed. The irresponsibility of the medical staffs are taking people's life daily and they are not bothering about it, so as the non medical staffs with their inhuman activities.

This the worst hospital in kolkata. I had to admit my patient in this hospital due to Covid emergency. My patient was there only for 14 hours and they have made a bill of 80 thousands. They call it multi-speciality hospital which is a big lie. They don't have PPE kits for the medical staffs and nurses. The ITU is the worst, 20 patients in a single room which is not at all clean. Moreover there is only one medical staff or nurse for more than 20 patients. If your patient is non Covid they will surely get infected in this hospital. They will charge you like 7star hotel but the service and behaviour is most 3rd class.
Asks money everyday. Untill mediclaim gets sanctioned they ask us to give money for every day
