Hello all. We Went to flames and pots for the first time. Food was nice, ambiance is very peaceful. But service is taking too much of time other then that no other issues. You can enjoy with family and friends.
I had ordered veg dum biryani and was delivered fish biryani. I reached out to Swiggy immediately with pics about the wrong delivery and asked for the refund which they refused.
Very disappointing experience with the restaurant and Swiggy as I had to pay for something which I don't eat.
I would have preferred to give 0 rating if that option was available

It used to be good..now it's just meh... wouldn't suggest it...ghee aroma in biryani was missing...too much salt... wouldn't try again...

Don't go to this restaurent, they don't know what is fry piece biryani, they are preparing white rice separately and curry separately and mixing both, waste of money, waiting time is more and more
