Receptionist at hotel name Mr Sudhir denied first to provide the rooms what we booked online after connecting in call center he agreed.The serviceman was rude I asked the tv is working he said yes but the tv was only the show piece in the room bedsheet was very dirty. I would suggest not to stay anymore there.Yes location is very good.

Guest House located near to Patilputra Railway Station around 500 metres and Bailey Road around 300 metres. Rooms are good and clean; AC, Hot water facility present; According to app it shows less amount i.e less than Rs 500; but they charge extra while Check IN & Check OUT Rs 300 to Rs 500 -per day which is not at all a fruitful Business Policy. OYO does not respond to this, neither Guest Owners / Managers bother to listen. Every time they say its APP issue. Most of the review of this guest house is like this; so it to be mentioned that this is not the 1 day issue/App Issue, its there policy of pulling more customers in less amount. OYO should take care of this else a major CONSUMER COMPLAINT May launch against this NETWORK / Policy of harassing the Customers. While asking for Bill they say it will be downloaded from APP and amount is same that I paid, Nothing mentioning of extra Amount in the invoice; if so then WHY Extra AMOUNT being taken. Today in APP also its showing 74% to 84% Discount, but while CHECK IN they are going to charge extra . Please look into this.........As a customer I feel it should not be the way of booking and keep the customers in dark.

Room manager denied to provide room b'coz of online booking. Oyo's customer care didn't support as well as .even payment was pre done via online during booking

Please Please never go at this place after seeing there rate on OYO or some other website . They will charge some extra amount at the time of check in. I was booked this hotel by the help of goibibo . That time rate was showing very low . When i came to Patna for chick in, they simple deny to give the room because the rate was showing very low there , and asking for more money. They just play with your situations because you don't go any where when you come with your family or partner there .

I booked room on different price but when reach at hotel for checking the hotel asked me 400 rs extra or cancel booking if you want smooth check in and stay go directly.

After reading 240+ Positive Reviews, It took me seconds to book this hotel for 3 Nights & 4 Days, We planned our journey from New Delhi to Pathankot Cannt through Train and from Pathankot to Banikhet, Dalhousie in Taxi so the next task was to hire a taxi. That's when we contacted the Hotel Manager Mr. Krishna and that is where our expectation started met as he arranged a taxi for us that too @ price that was far lesser then the others whom I contacted before speaking to him. We reached Pathankot Cannt @ 7am and to our surprise our Chauffeur, Guide Mr. Raman was already there waiting for us, Punctuality @ its best. We started our journey from Pathankot to Banikhet, Dalhousie and while we were on the way Mr. Raman told us about every place that we should cover in our trip, Handy information for us that was. We reached our Hotel around 9:45am and another surprise was waiting as two House Keeping Staff was there to welcome us, They took our luggage and showed us our room, 401 was like WOW, Big room, Neat & Clean, valley view from balcony & absolutely no issues @ all. Second day I requested Mr. Krishna if he can shift us to Room number 402 as this room has Full Valley view visible from the room window it self, A big balcony was an added advantage, By now one thing was sure that we have selected the RIGHT Hotel for our vacation. As they say no vacation is perfect if the food is not Tasty.... I have been travelling for years now but the FOOD QUANTITY & QUALITY that we experienced @ their restaurant MIRCHI DHABA made me speechless as they offer wide variety items in both Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. They offer one of the best North Indian & Chinese food in entire Dalhousie.. Thanks to their Master Chef Mr. Pradeep. I just loved their Non Veg Dishes, Specially Kadai Chicken & Chicken Curry. Lastly our trip became more Special as we got great Hospitality from Mr. Krishna & Team. In short they have solutions to anything or everything. Thank you so much for everything once again Added Attraction : If you are a Momo Lover, Veg Momos then do try Momos from the shop adjecent with their restaurant, Mirchi Dhaba. Trust me these are the BEST VEG MOMOS you will get in entire DALHOUSIE, Cost Rs 60 for 10 Momos.

Not a good oyo hotel if you are booking online and complete payment and after that you will reached hotel after that will be charged extra money by hotel staff . On that time you can't get help by oyo costommer care person.

First of all the location was not appropriate. When i asked for dinner they refused to me by saying that they don't provide any kind of meal apart from this they charged for water too. Bad room, dirty bedsheet, dirty pillow with too much mosquitos.
