It's looking good at lobby area only, the room they provided to me was not cleaned well, even the dustbin also not cleaned, bedsheet nd pillow cover was smelly, a bad always in the room, toiletry not provided. The cupboard was dirty, and insects was there. No filter water. I don't know how other room is, but my experience at there is so bad.. Totally waste of money. Just giving the 2 only bciz of that receptionist, he was so good and well behaved. Try to improve your hotel.

Imagine a delux room without a chair, with an ac remote without working button, a room that is used as a store, a delux room wih a miniature toilet of 4'2"X5'3", where there is a refrigerator that can not cool the water bottle overnight. This is Travel Inn. We were given a room which was not properly cleaned. The wardrob was filled with some other sappals, panties and other ladies clothes. The toilet was almost microscopic, you can not even turn without your body touching the side walls. We were shifted to another room for the second night to the room I described. It was not at all a pleasant stay. The soroundings are very dirty. When I reached the hotel I was disappointed to see the damaged cars lying in front of the hotel. The frontage is not attractive. There is no kitchen in the hotel, no facility for packaged drinking water. No restaurant nearby to have food at night. It is not recommended for family. My room was booked with reakfast. In the breakfast there was only bread toast or puri sabji collected from the roadside vendors in black poly bags. Morning tea is chargeable. I am totally disappointed at such hotel in goibibo.

I like the goibibo service but not satisfied wid travel inn services... First of all they shift us to the another hotel after 2 to 3 hrs till that we R roaming outside.... Due to one of the hotel staff wrong misconcept.. But anyways the hotel we shifted it was too small but really nice... So its gud

Worse hotel experience with Make My Trip. No front desk, no water no gyser. Only 2 staff and after 9 no service. I have booked 2 rooms for two days and no option I stayed for one day and asked to cancelled 2 rooms for 1 day. Yet after 1 year I have not refunded by mmt.

Tap water not working. No better service. Breakfast only puri sabzi that too only 3 pc per person. Giving 1 star just to comment otherwise it doesnt deserve single star too.

Worst hotel ever experienced. Neither has proper service staff nor a proper manager to manage the establishment... Avoid this. There are much better hotels in the similar price range.

The location of the hotel is really good. Service quality is also good. There are a number of decent restaurants nearby. Rooms are quite spacious with all basic amenities.
