With subtle colours on walls the rooms are really refreshing. They well maintained and neat and clean. Hotel staff is helpful and kind. The place was easily accessible by public transport. Enjoyed my time during the stay.

Hotel offers you with easy check-in and delicious food. Rooms were clean and had comfortable furniture with fresh linens. I had easy access to public transport. I spent some great time and would definitely love to visit again.

pathetic...third class (chhapri hotel with chhapri staff).. at the checkin counter they will ruin your day. They decieve people by showing cheap rates online. They simply deny check in and ask more money to check in if you have booked online. The lady on the counter is very rude. We went their for celebrating one of our friend's birthday. The hotel is not easily accessible from public convence. No option to give less than one star. This hotel deserve negative star for the behaviour of staff. Mostly couples used to go this hotel and they ask additional / more money from them cleverly. Better to avoid this hotel. Not suitable for family stay. Many other hotels with good ratings and hospitality are available in the nearby area.

This hotel allotted us with a comfortable and budget friendly room after our check-in. Check-in process was smooth. Rooms were well kept. All the hygeine protocols were followed. The place has great public accessibility. I had a great get-away here.

Room condition is just ok. When I visit here bedsheet is dirty when I asked them to change the bedsheet they did not change it and start arguing. bathroom is very dirty. Room service is very poor. They don't know way of talking with costumer. Even they don't provide slippers, oil and shampoo pouch.

It's definitely the best place to be in the city. They cleaned and maintained the rooms for us. Public transport was also easily accessible. Finest hotel in this low price range.

On checkout they will ask to show the booking detail again & take your phone and give 5star rating without informing you. If you pay online on oyo app then most likely they will cancel your booking. Also, Staff behaviour is very rude, receptionist is cheap Bedsheets & towel is unhygienic. No parking space, no power backup, lift is not working

One of the mosstt poor service I have received here by the female staff present at the reception I have complained about the Lift, they did not even have Lift in there hotel and mentioned lift lobby on the internet as well as on Oyo. But the staff at the night was veryy good and supportive but have to suffer a lot because of their lift issue as my grandfather is 87 years old and he had to face a lott of trouble because of this Hotel.
