One of my bad experience in hotels. Hotel does not provide basics needs like complimentary water bottel, towel, body wash, handwash in your rooms. Rooms look goods but still not well maintained. Like normal hotel they do not send house keeping for room cleaning really . Price is over compared to facilitates. So for my suggestion you should not choice this hotel for nashik trip.

They Ask For extra 300 Rs as ,hotel reception said Charges of Our hotel is high but OYO don't pay to us that much amount. so , u have to pay more 300 rs .. otherwise u can Cancel booking or call Oyo service centre for Another Location help... Pathetic service... Irrespective behaviour with clients .. OYO need to look out in this... May be it's their policy to borrow more money from needful client and use customer's emergency for thier earning source...

Nice hotel to compare other near nasik road railway station,but there is no kitchen and other facilities so you have to order food from outside and its takes time like 1 hour. Staff is good.

Fraudster manager. Denied check in... Asked for extra payment...He said we get less money if you book online...Please do not book this hotel on oyo or make my trip.

One of the worst hotel of nashik. I booked a room offline via walk in. The manager of this hotel is rude and stupid. Beawre they are fraud and they cheat. They don't provide you towel, soap or mo bathroom essentials, no buckets. They have AC room but AC dosent work, TV doesn't work. I forgot my iPhone charger at the hotel and they denied it. The don't prove you complimentry breakfast and don't let you order online. You will have to eat from their tied up restaurant that too in aluminium containers. Please don't book this hotel offline or online. Really pathetic service.

i couldn't go below 1 star as there is no option for that. wrost ever experienced service from oyo till date. hotel denied for checking to the room as they said that they cannot provide the ac room as the price is very low given by oyo to them. i have booked a fully ac room while booking and paid the amount in advance too. the issue happens during midnight 12 am while i was traveling to a unknown city. no proper help from oyo customer support. this is really a serious concern about oyo. wrost ever service. no proper contact between oyo and their property partner to give a smooth check-in to their customers. kindly refund my amount as i spent my night without ac room and that was a horrible experience during 35+ degree temprature.

Hotel conned on the payment. Said that the payment done online on the Oyo app is less and we were forced to pay much more to check in. This hotel is located above an Hospital, does not have any good room service for water, towels, and only provides Veg food delivery. AC was not working at all. Windows are locked so you could not even open them for ventilation. The fridge had green fungus inside. No parking facility for your car and had to be followed multiple times to get a washroom for the driver. Worst of all, I was not able to reach any Oyo person to check on the payment issue. OYO's support services look designed to just keep you calling them with no one to speak to. The chat assistant menu is also of no help. Overall a worst experience
