# Totally disgusting place.. # I booked a room for 1 day on OYO for Rs. 1085 (in Book now & Pay Later at hotel option) and when I reached there they (hotel staff) asked me to cancel my booking through OYO and book ofline by paying Rs. 1200. # Further the behavior of staffs are very rude. # Room as shown in pictures are totally different from actual. # Very far form temple...Every time you have to spent extra money for Toto services to reach anywhere.. # Not for the families who want to stay there..

Third class hotel by OYO WORST HOTEL STAY NO AMENITIES WORST BED BATHROOM EACH AND EVERY THING IS VERY BAD AND DIRTY FULLY WASTE OF MONEY THIRD CLASS HOTEL BY OYO

Very bad experience. Initially the room bedsheets pillow covers were very dirty after several chasing and complaining to oyo they were somehow made right. All the furniture's and cushion are very dirty and unsafe to sit. Most of the amenities as being advertised are fake. For two guests room is too small not matching with the dimensions as described, one very old towel of smaller size given for two guests, only one very small piece of hand wash soap has been given , no bath soap or shampoo or shaving kit provided. Most of the time in day AC remained off, because there was no power as they told, i.e there is no power back up. There is no elevator, no tea maker/ coffee maker. There is no mini fridge/ any fridge in the entire hotel, for which insulin of my wife's daily requirement could not be stored in proper temp. No complimentary breakfast or tea. Location is so odd that there is no good restaurant for dining or lunch even the local auto driver could not locate the address of this hotel. As per my opinion OYO is showing blind eye to advertise it a flagship hotel with classic room. Thus we are befooled and in awkward position after booking the hotel. There should have provision for cancellation of booking, if the hotel/ room does not match the standard as advertised.

Couldn't even reach the hotel. The approach road to the hotel was dug and no alternate way.

They charge extra money saying that booking amount is insufficient. Location is not good and it is overpriced according to location. You need to walk for 20 mins. To reach BHU gate. Atleast 8-10 minutes to reach the main road to get any accessibility. Don't go there if it's not your last resort. They use oyo to sue customers to their hotel and then charge extra money. Cause their location is like that.

The room and service were not good. The AC is not working after an hour. Staff behaviour was not good.

Worst hotel in varanasi Staffs are arrogant and unfriendly. Very cheap behaviour of staff. They don't know how to behave with guest. Rooms are dirty and foul smelling. Wash rooms are very small and dirty. There were no room services. The receptionist is arrogant. He don't know how to behave.

Receptionist asked for extra money Oyo and this Guest House is giving worst Services. Worst Services Shree shree guest house is the worst Oyo and it has the worst check in experience the worst rooms and the worst Mr Dubey who takes ur phone when checking out and gives himself 5 stars each and every review you will see here is fake and given by Mr. Dubey to himself by taking ur phone. They also harass your girl by saying "Thik se chehra camera me dikhao, bal kholo" etc. When you are in the room they will constantly bother you. Bedsheets were torn bed was not clean I paid extra money 600 /- already payment was on Oyo 800/- but still receptionist was asked for 600/- more money. Don't visit at this guest house.
