I booked two rooms but when reached the hotel at 11:45 pm staff demanded more money as shown in the application I have no open option at that time, try to call customer care for the extra money but no solution from customer care also. the toilet was not clean and the wall was also damaged I requested reception to change room but they denied it. After that, I left the hotel and book another.

Room are so dirty not clean ,not safe for couple Staff was so rude and keep customer waiting intentionally, Receptionist ask more money to check in customer

Rooms was small & not good.. bed was about to break, when i sit on it. Although staff was friendly & helpful. Location is easy to reach.. if you use google map to reach there, you may get to the back door of the oyo house. But not a big deal.

I booked Room No 111 in this hotel. Room quality is very bed and bathroom also very dirty. When booking my room through OYO App that your clasic room booked for you, but I reported to the Hotel my room not in good quality. Please

Waste of money in 800 rupees Dirty toilet and bathroom...towel is used no tv no lock in rooms

This was the worst hotel i have seen in my lifetime. No TV, dirty room, insects on bed and bathroom, no bucket and mug in bathroom, flush not working. Booking was for three people and they provided with double bedroom and i was told to book another room for third person. Manager not answering call. Atleast provide the facility what you are describing in app. Or atleast maintain cleanliness. No lock n key. So do i have to buy lock n key before I go out. V v v bad room. Atleast provide the facility what you have told before or don't comment. And should pay special attention towards maintaining hygiene. V v v v bad experience. Will never choose Oyo again in my life.

They take money on their terms they charged rs 1000 after booking showing on oyo also. Bad hotel rooms Bad hotel staff no body support the customer Phone Ac not working. Bad washroom. Hight recommend do not book else waste your money.

Worst experience,if you were thinking about a decent place. Dirty rooms had heavily stained bed covers, pillows and walls( with different body fluids). Rest one can easily imagine.
