Flagship Savitri Regency - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Worst hotel i have ever seen. Rooms were unclean, and the staff was so rude and misbehaving for extra charges. I have booked a room for 2 day's for rs 1200. But hotel staff asked me for 1900 rs... I would like to five minus rating if they allow... Worst experience. I will never trust on Oyo, even Oyo customer support not help me for the check in for same price.

Booking price was 500 but at the time of checkin they demanded 1000 rs and asked me to cancel the booking on oyo, rooms were filthy having so many stickers of alcohol and cigarette ash, used bed sheets and also staff is not coperative. Dont go to this place.

Quite nice amenities.... reception staff was so kind... they offered complimentary coffee for us ... We were so thankful to Oyo ...we will definitely visit them again and again

My nightmares are better than the state the room was in. The bedsheets were dirty. There were holes in the washroom door so you don't have any privacy. I mean I didn't expect such a place to be on Oyo. Are there no standards left. Truly horrible experience.

Firstly, the hotel is shady with two separate location on Google because of which we got lost in the city the photograph on OYO is mismatch(photoshopped), they have bought reviews, not at all like any OYO flagship i have stayed at. This is a fraud hotel and I wish I can give negative stars. The rooms were dirty, floor covered with cigarette butts, wallpaper was ripped ,stained unwashed sheets, unhygienic washroom extremely dirty. The lobby and hallway was dark and garbage was lying around. The staircase had no railing and people can fall in the light less hallway and can die. The pictures of exterior, rooms and washroom lobby are fake, photoshopped and scripted. The real place is total opposite. The people of hotel are rude and denied us of refund when we said we cannot stay there after they had showed us 3 rooms which were all same and unsafe for women. Instead of paying through OYO they want you to pay them separately, they also took our phone and checked in themselves before we even saw the rooms. I lost money because of this fraud being promoted on OYO and i was able to leave and get another place, I fear for those ,especially women who had no choice and stay at this unsafe so called hotel. We were so flabbergasted as it was late at night when we had reached the city so we don't have pictures to show as we left in a hurry to find another place and the hotel was dark, but there are many other reviews on Google which expose them with pictures. Don't fall for their 4.9 rating on OYO, as it is fake.

Very bad experience, too inside and no facilities and very dirty.

Pathetic staff,so rude. Bedsheet and other stuff is dirty when i told to change. He started shouting. Never gonna recommend this hotel.
