Ridiculous experience with hotel & employees, both are insane. Firstly employees, both receptionist & manager two unethical individuals, who charged extras and forcing guest to pay in last minute. They put guest under pressure by not giving the room and at the end you have no option other than paying extras. Looks like they are scammers who is doing this deliberately. If you ask they will fight with you, so be ready to tackle them, understand you're dealing with scammers you will be bullied if you're not careful. Secondly cleanliness, it's a garbage in one line, beds got strains, pillows smells bad, toilets are pathetic. I got booking for two nights, but manage to escape from this rat hole within 18hrs. There are lot of amazing rooms and amazing people around, just try to avoid this hotel chain and never experience talking to hotel employees. In a friendly note, oyo should take this seriously, it's your reputation matters. This gives an impression all oyo chain will have same experience. Your credibility on crisis. Oyo should audit this hotel chain, and make sure you change the employees. I'm not the only one who complained about cleanliness and employee behaviors, I could see lot of others discussed in review section. Lastly for the payment I made they refused to provide receipt, tax exempt or tax escape ?

Never ever think of going about it . Unclean rooms , not changed bed sheets since its opening . Also the fraud owner collects extra amount , then only will allow check in . Zero Customer care for Oyo Those who already booked the room , please cancel it . It's also located in a remote location & have to walk more than 1 km to get to a bus stand. There are enough hotels neat & clean & economical , Please be aware !

Staffs behaviour is very rough and rude, even he's not supporting ladies also. He'll not understand whatever you're saying, he'll do of his own. Rooms are also not specious and clean, they're using the same bed sheets again and again and will not listen about anything. I suggest you to not go there, it's better to rest at station's rest lounge.

Worst experience ! I booked this hotel on OYO late night at 12 AM . It showed 560 (non AC), we paid advance of 170 in Oyo and they told to pay remaining amount in the hotel . But when we went to the hotel , They charged us 730 instead of 400 rs and told 300 rupees tax , it is such a cheating they did . We paid 900 instead of 560 . And rooms were very worst , bathrooms are not very well maintained and the workers are purely cheaters . The rooms were clearly not worth for what we paid . Not recommended

Very bad experience with OYO. Initially booked one hotel, without information OYO changed hotel. 2nd hotel took extra charge 1300 for 2nd room, while I booked 1300 for 2 rooms. Tried to reach OYO, no one picked call.

Place is good, main highlight is the closeness to Arya Vaidya Pharmacy Chikitsalaya, meare 1 km away. Rooms are clean , and have ample space . Had faced some water issues for 2 days and communication was not proper, that was the only bad thing I faced there . House keeping is there on request if you are staying for more than 2 days. Cons -Open Parking -No lifts NB: -Double check on aminities provided before booking as there are 2 catagoies of rooms , where u won't get something if you you have one ( like AC available in space saver room, but no Cable TV, big room but no AC , etc )

Very very worst hotel I pay for extra money and i am booking for two days but iam stay only 8 hrs because room not ready very very bad day in my life dont choose oyo..

Worst hotel ever. I've booked room on 6.11.21. When I reach the hotel, there was no hotel sign at the mentioned site. After a very long procedure, got the contact no of front desk. The receptionist very casually told no rooms available as there is no power supply. Lack of basic courtesy to inform the customer. Worst experience from both the hotel and oyoroom as such.
