I am denied oyo bookings and asked 3* for offline booking and i reached there and i spent precious huge cost and time when i need it urgently its a horrible experience with the reception he is a very carecter less receptionists i ever meet go and check totally last coments about behaviour of receptionist at rs hotels near m2k cinemas

Very bad. Don't book it. They will not co-operate with costomers and asking for more money to solve the problem.

Pathetic behaviour of staff. They don't know how to talk, very rude behaviour. When I visited two arrogant men was there, they told me not to book room through OYO, they will not allowed. They were asking more money (double) for stay than OYO. I politely said to them it's my choice, because OYO is showing me less price for this hotel. And they very rudely replied "if you want to stay pay cash, we will not allow you if you book room through OYO app". Not recommended at all.

great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. we travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

It was the horrendous experience. Location of the hotel is secluded. Even the Google map wasn't helping in finding this hotel. I booked this hotel at around 500INR, went to reception for check-in. He said that we don't accept online, even though I got the confirmation that your booking is accepted. I asked for a room as I had a scheduled meeting. He started charging me thrice at the normal rate. And said, this is the weekend price. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. BIG NO.

I got this hotel after modification by Oyo customer care as the hotel I booked earlier have not allowed me to check in. I had to wait for 2 hours to get my check in done and I was on constant call with Oyo customer care and they haven't resolved my issue. The rooms were very small with zero facility. No breakfast. They are having their own menu to order from which is more pathetic. Overall experience was bad and I will not prefer Oyo to book any hotels in future. Bad hotel service and bad customer service.

Worst experience, in this hotel ever, owner is just greedy of money , first told booked through oyo we will not allow entry just talk to customer care, when i told him to talk to customer care, he said we dnt have their contact. 2nd after they denied entry to one expired id , he told he will charge double and will allow entry without informing oyo.. will trust only good brand.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel/property is fraud. They did not accept our prepaid Oyo booking. The manager was very rude and he was harrassing my driver. Oyo did not refund our money and the hotel charged 2 times the amount Oyo was charging. Kindly do not stay here. Rooms are pathetic. Water leaking from ACs. Kindly report this property as fraud and remove from Oyo listing.
