I have visited the hotel 3 times and though my first visit was flawless but on my latest visit, the reception lady changed my booking details and no. of guests from her side so that she can charge more money. Even after that though my booking was till next day, they started calling and asking us to leave in the evening. Just hated it the last time.
Very good hotel, rooms are clean and properly maintained, staff are helpful, Also the food quality is very tasteful, location is very near from the main road so the traffic horn or pollution doesn't trouble here, stay is really peaceful and all the facilities in the room is good with a clean attached bath, so it will be a lovely stay if you choose this oyo Thank you so much Royal palace all members and owner @suman pahari
The rooms quality can ba improved,and not value for money as per my experience....not fragship or royal by any sense. So don't get fooled.
2 stars deducted as they don't give value to Oyo coupons they will cancel the coupons and will ask to pay more also they will ask not to pay from the Oyo site's. Rooms were good ... AC was chilled. Bathroom was clean.

Worst customer service experience.OYO shows rs735 for room fare and when we reached the hotel they ask 1735 for one day..very bad experience in customer service and also the app OYO.. Now a days they are very bad service and fraudulent
This hotel is fraud. They charge double amount if you book through OYO. That receptionist lady(b*@#h) is very rude. Rooms are too small and dirty.
No complimentry water bottle provided. Did not receive online payment in Oyo. The rooms are not suitable if you are going with your family.
