Hotel didn't have the room we selected on Oyo app. So we had to upgrade our room. Room service was ok. We were told that the majority off their staff went for holiday. They have inhouse kitchen but we could hardly order anything ( multiple reasons- cook issue,time issue etc) so we used to order online or dine out. Best thing we liked was the lift facility only. Rooms were satisfied. I also want to mention that few things like walls, bed, tables were damaged and it was because tourist don't bother to maintain hotels property. AC works fine of our room, though we overall checked the room before check-in. That's why we were satisfied with the overall visit of 4 days in month of June.

Sasta bohot mehnga pad jata hai. (THERE WAS CAMERA FITTED INSIDE THE ROOM) Save urself and ur privacy from this hotel , they are bloody criminals.... I booked this hotel for 491 (for 8 hours) on agoda. my brother called him multiple times regarding the confirmation of booking, he said everything is fine you can come at any time as majority of the rooms are empty When I reached the hotel he said "itna sasta room nhi hota madam , 1200 rs minimum price hai hamara" I said " to booking cancel kyu nhi kri agoda par?" he replied "cancel kr denge to customer yaha tk ayega nhi" I was all alone and I had 2 suitcases and 1 mountain bag with me because I had a flight to catch at night. So I paid him 1200 and checked in. But to my utter surprise I found a camera behind the TV and called the manager on the spot , he tried to fool me by saying "camera islye hai jisse customers room mein chori na kre". When the argument escalated and I dialed 112. He tried to snatch phone from my hand and forced me to leave the hotel. I was so traumatised by this experience that I missed my flight and went straight back to hometown.

Worst experience. Total cheater. On arrival I was told that my booked room (classic triple) is not available as it has been to given to early birds. It is first come first serve basis as they accept multiple booking against any room. So if i want to stay there, I hv to pay for the room available right now which was obviously of higher price. I understood the same room (classic triple) are allotted stating it is a deluxe room at higher price. I had to pay total Rs. 3661.06 (Rs. 1161.06 paid at the time of booking + Rs. 2500 extra at the time of check in) for two days stay, while OYO booking was for Rs. 2110.91 only. No bill/ receipt was given during checking out. No business ethics.

poor & not worthlocation of property is good but no linens, no soap, no blankets. bedsheet and pillows are in worst and dirty conditions. no breakfast provided which was included in my rates. straight way denied to provide. in between vacant the room and again different room provides in late evening. very poor behaviour and always demand high charges for any reason. no parking available on place. restaurant rates are very high compare to quality. service persons are also poor in behaviour and rash talking. not recommended at all.room size, services, cleanliness, bedsheets, linens, food quality and many more. overall will not stay again and will not recommend anyone.

If you are booking from oyo then they might charge you 300 bucks extra and instead of classic rooms they will provide you deluxe one. The hotel is quiet better.

I booked 2 rooms one week before as i was coming to lucknow after reaching hotel they told us that they are not having rooms so oyo has booked another hotel worst service of oyo and this hotel..

Staff is very friendly and co-operative. Cleaning is a big problem here. Rooms are not properly clean. Always smell is coming in the room. Food taste is good. But plates are not cleaned properly. You can get food in your room on a call only. Bedsheets were not properly clean. So cleaning is the challenge here. Rest things are fine.

You must know "they don't allow outside food in their Hotel" meaning you can't swiggy zomato or uber your food.You have to order from their menu only or have the option to go outside, eat and come back. Hotel manager and staff are good and polite but the owner is very rude, interrupting and very very proudy. He will not allow you sit in the reception area for 5 extra minutes. He gazes you badly and asks you to leave every 2 minutes (even if all the sofas are not occupied and you are the only guest sitting there). Hotel seems to be very religious and holy place. Regular long morning and evening arti is performed by a designated priest. Tulsi plants are present at the door. Probably for this reason they suspect your food packets for non-veg and they ask not to touch the counter or other furniture by your food packet. The owner discriminates very strongly and badly in this regard. As he keep sitting most of the time in the lobby and gazing people. Further house keeping staff is very unprofessional, if you ask for something, they come at your door and knock the door restlessly, impatiently and strongly till the time you jump out of your bed and open the door. And fortunately if door is not locked, they directly come inside without a knock and deliver it directly on your bed. Rest Hotel and Location are good. Interiors are nice. But the rooms are very compact and beds are having dirty patches. Cleaning is not well...
