My stay at Orient Royal hotel in Nagpur was a complete disaster. They demanded an extra 500rs for early check-in, the toilets were filthy, AC malfunctioned, and it took them over 45 minutes to deliver two cups of tea and a bottle of water. The bed, pillows, and sheets were dirty, and one fan didn't work. To top it off, the water supply went off while I was using the toilet. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Extremely disappointing service and appalling conditions.
worst stay ever,staff are very arrogant and rude in behaviour,when you enter in the hotel they firstly ask you that if you have booked from online then the charge will be more because their property is not listed in oyo, so they will charge more and many more excuses were given.worst room, worst service.I advice everyone don't stay in this hotel.
my total booking from oyo was Rs622 bt they charged me Rs1000.

The room was not cleaned , the washroom was not cleaned ,we needed to give them a call and inform them that the cutlery and crockery were lying there on the balcony which we didn't even use and then they came for the clearance after the call.. the staff who took check-in was worst no respect and full of attitude. Even the food from outside was not allowed. AC was not cooling, walls were like gothic rooms, furniture were broken. Overall experience was poor
A nice hotel with good staff home away from home great service
Improvement is much needed. There is no proper power supply. Also walls were peeled off. Furniture needs to be replaced. It's good for privacy but hotel should provide room service number to the rooms.
They charged 500 extra. Room was dirty. No towel in the washroom. They didn't provide the drinking bottle. Had to leave the hotel in an hour. Tried reaching customer service. All I get is the bot response.

I booked this property on RS 927 and they charged me 1200 and I am ok with it. but next day when I wanted to continue they said it's 1300 if you want to continue.. they did this to me 3 months before as well.. and the next day they don't even clean the room , bathroom and not even change bedsheets
