Flagship New Guest Inn Near Nexus Mall Koramangala - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Do not go through the images which they have shown on website and on google, it is all fake. Actual condition of the hotel is pathetic, rooms are dirty, towel was dirty, blanket was in worst condition and bed-sheet was full of yellow spots. At this point we complained, but he didn't gave us the refund. I didn't slept the whole night because of the pillow and room smell. Do not even consider this hotel.

Was unsure after booking but was glad when I saw the room personally. Though the size of the room is small it was cozy and maintained well. Moreover, the small closed balcony extension provided awesome views of the surroundings

Dirty rooms. In bedside window full of used cigarettes and floor full of hairs. Bathroom is unimaginable. Bedsheet is in yellowish colour. And the reception guy think he runs 5 star hotel

Kothibangla experience :) I stayed there for 2 nights. The place seemed like somewhere someone would take their mistresses, toilet was leaking as you flushed, told the owner to clean the room and change the sheets, but i guess that never happened(also he doesnt speak hindi or english, not judging him but come on, service industry dude, gotta learn either of these languages). There was woman's hair on the sheets and in the washroom(previous guests i guess). I was scared for bedbugs, laid my jacket on the bed, and curled up on that.

Worst place ever... Denies checkin saying no room even after advance booking and payment in oyo

One of worst experience I had... I booked room in app but when I visited they said that all the rooms are booked. They why the hell I got booking confirmation

Room was spacious and furnished. But room was dirty , smelled very bad, linens and clothes were not clean,couple of mosquitoes as well. Not sure if my room was only like that. Looked more like a staff room and then a clean hygienic room for guests. Please fix this. Same as above

only pros is the location of this hotel. Cons:- (1) Wifi was not working even after complaining no action taken. (2) No crockery/Jug/Glass provided. (3) No stool in bathroom. (4) Intercom not working. (5) Seen cockroaches on floor. (6) No mobile charging point. (7) Poor dusting. (8) No table/chair in the room. (9) quality of bedsheet is poor.
