Flagship Near Anisabad Golambar - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

Worst experiance, i have ever faced. Manager at reception denied booking, even after showing confirmation mail. Manager at reception was rude and greedy. He asked to pay extra by saying that he will upgrade the room, as the room which was booked by OYO is not avaliable. He was offering a room without AC, though I have booked AC room. finally I discusssed with OYO service agent and he paid extra amount and after waiting for more then one hour at reception I got room. Please dont go to that hotel.

I don't know why but mangement is not good at this location.This not a couple friendly hotel.

This hotel is just doing it by taking the tag of OYO.. Doesn't accept booking from OYO...takes desired money from himself

very Good. Reception manager polite behavior. food was good & Rates are average .i feel very comfortable during my stay. According to me this hotel will get 4.5 stars in terms of hygiene, its i think one of the best hotels when you go with "go safe" type of standards. Very awesome experience... Nice staff nd tasty food also....I am giving 100 out of 100 rating. keep it up

Best hotel for couple Good behavior all staff

first of all the name was different, the actual name was 'the vibrant inn' also the room is ok but it's ambience, lighting etc. are at its worst, many not even working. other basic things like towel, hand wash etc were not provided, flush even not working and asked the staff to change it, they said they will send some one soon for checking but even after reminding once more no one ever came to check the basic amenities functioning. AC also not cooling good Even after max settings for cold temperatures, the temperature was like just a bit warm than normal.

i feel very comfortable during my stay. According to me this hotel will get 5 stars in terns of hygiene, its i think one of the best hotels when you go with "go safe" type of standards. The staff person on night duty was a very nice man. Everything was just perfect. Wash room curtains or something else required along with cloth hangers. Thank you
