Flagship Nakshatra Residency - Hotel in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

I stayed at Flagship Nakshatra Residency with a friend for a day after a vacation trip, and I was really disappointed with my experience. The staff were unhelpful and their behavior was unacceptable. There was no service provided, and the hygiene and sanitation were poor. The bedsheets and pillows were not clean, and the rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned either. It was a waste of money to stay here. To make things worse, when we booked an AC room through an online app, they made us cancel it and book a non-AC room instead, and charged us extra money. The bedsheets stank and it was an overall horrible experience. I would not recommend staying at Flagship Nakshatra Residency. The staff's behavior and the lack of cleanliness made for an unpleasant and unsatisfactory stay. Please choose another place of stay for a better experience.

Poor Service, Bad Cloths not much washed, Iritating Staff also. They are renamed the property (Vangal Nest) as well as (The Prime Hospitality). Manager and room boy also behaving Rude. Dont book this property.

My Name is Nandhakumar, I'm booking a hotel at Coimbatore 8/07/2022. OYO Flagship 77505 Nakshatra Residency, after completing my payment, I visited there and they said to me we are not providing rooms at OYO price range, they asking extra money, actually I don't have options because if cancelled the booking I will lose my money. So I'm trying to contact customer support, it's really worst coustomer service, never seen before, once you pay them after Oyo will don't care about you, it's true. The rooms are not clean, the pillow and blanket are so dirty. There's no Proper response and management there. Hotel side the service is full of worst.

I booked room in OYO at offer price. Receptionist denied to give room and asked to pay full amount. I had no other choice, since I totally fed up. Cancelled room in OYO and booked offline.

Since Google maps doesn't have a option to give 0.5 star I'm giving 1 star instead! This place is just the inverse of what OYO app offers ! I had booked a room for 2 persons ( me and my friend ) via OYO app . The price that they stated for a single day was Rs699 for 2 guests . When we arrived the place , the staff argued that cost per person was Rs699 per person for ac room. Later after several arguments they gave us the room for Rs 799 . Finally after checking in to the room , we were completely devastated of its condition. Air conditioning facility offered by the OYO was not found the room we booked . In addition , tv channels were all locked , basic amenities like soap , shampoo etc were not found there ! We went dumbstruck to have booked this place . The staffs were not at all groomed well . Only 2 staff were available and most of the time they were flirting with each other ! They went home before midnight leaving no one else for any kind of emergency or security in this place. Overall it was an aweful experience and I personally would not recommend anyone to reside here !

Geyser - with no hot water. Wifi - with no password including. Tv - with no access Such a worst behaviour of room boy and owner. Not at all recommended. Worst ever experience. Please don't visit. Another residency name called nini residency. Same as above.

They don't evn deserve 1 star rating V had booked rooms through online After reaching hotel, they're telling us rooms are full, rooms aren't available, if u need room u have to pay us around 3500 , which is really not worth for such unhygienic rooms Staff behaviour is worst , they give lame reasons to cancel the room which is booked online for lesser price, n they demand more money

Receptionist refused to accept the laminated ID and again he has given a room on same IDs with extra charge which is almost double. No room boy. No services are available.
