The hotel booked refused to give room even confirmation before 1 hour they said we have stopped our franchise with Oyo how could they a customer on reaching hotel searching 1 hour address n they denied the room saying we can't n they offered room to me in higher price in cash payment. Pathetic service Oyo is losing the grip

Pathetic hotel experience. They will charge you more than they show online. No tidy bedsheets, no tidy pillow covers, no cleanliness in the hallways. It looks like a slum inside. They play a scam saying the check out is at 11am (stickers pasted in every room) but they will charge more if you stay till 11. Worst kind of environment next to the hotel. If you want a peaceful, clean and friendly hotel then this ain't the one. There are many good hotels for 60% the price of this hotel.

It's decent, but guests aren't allowed inside. The ambience is okayy not worth it for 1600

A budget hotel located on the Cottonpet Road, a hotel hub of Bengaluru. Found the room to be spacious and washroom mediocre. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but provides food in room against orders. The staff turned out to be supportive. The tariff reasonable. Can be booked through OYO.

Rubbish hotel, absolute TRASH! Never ever think of booking a room at this place. Denying check-ins, demanding extra money, and impolite or rude behaviour are the norm here. The location is good as it is close to Majestic and that's the only plus point about this place. Everything else is a nightmare! I hope the hotel gets destroyed by a cyclone or something! And the reception is the worst ever there is in the hospitality industry. They are the opposite of hospitality. Go for any other hotel that has better ratings or easier check-ins.

they will force customer to give 5 star rating and a glass opening to outside in the bathroom of room no 220. its a transparent one . sometime times they will not issue towel or bathsoaps. we have to request them for many times for recieving it

Did not get any service like housekeeping, no room cleaning, no amenities and complimentary stuff that u usually get like soap, hand wash, they didn't even check uo on room for cleaning it. They said the price is low for themnd that ogo didn't update it. So they should inform this to oyo itself right????... And on tol of that thy gave us three people one bed bedroom. we could barely fit there. wifi worked fine after a day. no fan working. even if ac was off the whole room was cold throughout the night! no clean bedsheet or pillow and blanket was dirty and when asked to change atletthe blanket, the maintenance guy bought some blanket from other room which idk was clean or not. the light was not very good either. washroom looked ok but smelled and just seemed unhygienic. We booked it jst to spend night sleeping and didn't consider day spending there at all because we would not be there the whole day at all. The surrounding area is not very good. The Majestic bus stp and metro is a bit far if you want to walk. and if you want auto u need to goto nearby auto stand. there are autos there. but better book a hotel beside main road so that cab nd auto booking and dropping is easier. Regardless i would say the staff obviously was interacting very politely Maybe idk it's banglore people thing. They talk very politely to evryone. But would not recommend booking this at all.
