Flagship Kharadi - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

The experience I had was truly terrible. Despite the website's enticing presentation of a clean and appealing appearance, the reality was quite the opposite. There were no amenities such as a TV, water supply, drinking water, or housekeeping available. The only staff member present was the person at the reception, solely responsible for collecting payments. Additionally, it's important to note that you should bring the exact change when making payments because if you provide extra money initially, you'll be promised a refund during check-out, but when the time comes, you'll find it exceedingly challenging to get your money back. This made the place a highly unpleasant and regrettable choice.

Cons: Rooms are no way as shown in online photoes, very dated. Electric sockets not working, TV not working. Bathroom water was leaking out through door inside room. Cockroaches , musqitos, hotel didn't have repellent or coil. Pros: location is very good, 15-20 min walk from IT parks.. 5-10 min by vehicle but you may not get ola-uber in morning, and had to walk far to get an auto rickshaw. 24x7 hot water in bathroom. Room service was responsive. Overall.. personally won't recommend for business travellers. Better option for urgent n highly affordable short stay.

Flagship kharadi was very good and the services were also fine. The only thing that needs to be improved is interior walls and cleaning as due to water leakage the walls were wet and somewhere it was leaking. If that is fixed and walls painted then it will be very much great to stay.

It was really bad experience in this hotel, Unprofessional staff, no cleanliness maintained, Rooms are in pathetic condition. Even the location of the hotel is inside the Galli and not good. Recommended not to opt for this property at any cost. We found used condoms inside our beds after checking in, it was really embarassing infront of the family. No professional staffs.

The room where I stayed wasn't good at all. The paint on walls was nearly vanished. The room seemed to be of early ages. It felt so suffocating inside such terrific conditions that I couldn't stay there for even 1 night and moved on. Even the TV is also not in working condition. It's totally different from the pictures of rooms shown online. The location also seems inside a narrow gully.

Rooms are in dilapidated condition bathroom door and locks are not necessarily works. Bathroom pipe are clogged so mild force of water and that's why in most rooms you won't be able to use showers, Hot water are not regular so if its a cloudy day you have take cold water bath. Bedsheets, blanket and pillow covers are not washed frequently. Walls are fully with stains, seepage and chipping of paints. All of the furniture like table cupboard, lights are either broken or not functional. Rooms service is if ask something to change about room they will give you false hope and it will never change for rest of the requests room service is fine.

Worst rooms ever. Paan and sperm stains on the walls. OYO service was also rubbish. Best if you don't have class and want to have a one night stand.

Good location, close to the main road. Pocket friendly. Good for solo trips. However, rooms could be better cleaned with better bathroom fittings and at least a mirror in the room.
