Horrible front desk people after paying the full amount for 2 days, front desk collected additional money and forced to pay. otherwise they are asking for original identity card and not accepting the soft copy of identity card. As I was booked this for my guest. I didn't had chance other than paying R600 additional. We could reach customer service but of no help. Web site also do not function. Very terrible experience. Definitely never I will use OYO for sure. As they do not have any control and customer service number we could reach but no problem resolution from them.

This is a fake hotel, they first put 450 rupees for two people and then as soon as you reach there they will charge you 1500/- rupees per day. See money is not a problem but the faith you loss as soon as you reach and encounter the manager of the hotel, makes you annoyed.

I booked 5 rooms in this hotel and just went to check the rooms before my actual checkin date. The manager or reception persons were refused my bookings. I was already paid for all these 5 rooms but they said that we can't give you rooms even if you booked, the reason is that they get more money on the weekends so they can't take the bookings which is paid less through OYO or Agoda. I raised complaint to OYO and spoke to customer care person and asked him to put conference call with hotel manager directly. The hotel manager said they will accept our booking during the call and asked my mobile number. Later, he just disconnected from the conference call and called to my phone. He was saying that to cancel the booking so I get full refund otherwise your money will go waste, can't provide single rooms because it's weekend and he said they will ask all of the persons original proof for 5 rooms, if we say we have all proofs then he will say you reached late and the rooms are sold. Even you come early then we will say you denied early charges so can't provide rooms. He was actually threatening me to cancel the rooms. Worst hotel, worst management, worst service. Please don't book this hotel at any point. They might threaten for you anything after staying there. Very unsafety place. Be careful @couples and families

I have booked this hotel through goibibo. When arrived the reception person responded rudely. He said there is no room. He said he asked to remove the listing from goibibo. It was already past 12am. Goibibo promptly responded and when i said i dont want the room they cancelled the booking and refunded the amount. Please dont trust these type of cheap hotels. They will list for low amount and at the time of check they will try to make you cancel the booking and will ask you to check in directly with them for higher amounts.

I have booked via oyo and had pre paid the amount for one day. When I reached the hotel, they refused check-in stating that there were no available rooms. So I had to wait for around one hour requesting any alternative as I had paid the amount. I also tried contacting oyo customer support and got no positive response till now.. I will update my review incase I receive any refund. They offered me another hotel around 10 km far from the desired location which was not possible for me.. I had a bad experience reaching here from kerala in this hot climate..

Worst hotel staff demanding extra price. in Oyo it's shown one price 500rs after applying all offers in reality they are telling that price is booking charges you have to pay extra cash 1350rs like that demanding worst hotel don't choose this stupid hotel.

I booked a room but when I went to check in they changed the amount of the room. And then said the OYO portal prices are not applicable offline or online. Worst experience and not able to contact the receptionist when I contacted them at the time of booking.

My stay at the Flagship hotel in Kelambakkam was a complete disaster. Despite booking a room through Oyo and receiving confirmation, the hotel claimed they were out of rooms upon my arrival. They asked me to call Oyo's customer care myself and offered no help. I'm still awaiting a refund, leaving me stranded and uncomfortable, especially since I'm from Kerala. To top it off, they tried to charge me double for a room when I was already inconvenienced. This experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise avoiding this hotel and Oyo for travel plans.
