Flagship Kb Residency - Hotel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The amenities were top-notch, including a luxurious spa and a well-equipped fitness center. The hotel's restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, and the attentive service made dining a delight. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and breathtaking views. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, stunning accommodations, and memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

I am dissatisfied with this by not providing me with the option for Zero rating. Very very very poor handling of the customers. Money minded. Foul language. If you want to disturb your peace of mind then book a room here. Very very very worst experience with this residency. My humble request to everyone is please to avoid this residency at any cost. I don't want anyone to suffer.

Hotel is hub for short term use by couples . Stained dirty blanket and bedsheet. No power back up, no geyser. No locks for bathroom. No service at all . Oyo is faking people by renting this apartment flat . Hotel management denies to give you room based on Oyo booking , we have to pay them extra difference amount.

It's a scam of OYO, getting money and giving confirmation,but all are cheaters,no room, location is not good and I suffered a lot even getting a vehicle from that place with my family and little kids. Please, don't believe this, OYO and the flag ship kb residency again. Still I didn't get any refund Cheaters.

Location is not good. No service provided. Even after paying the full amount online, they are demanding more in the property at the checkin time. OYO also did not respond properly at the checkin time.

Worst place.booked hotel from online and paid amount.during check in time the guy in the reception told there is no chance of stay as the room are not available after sometime he told rooms are available but we have to pay triple the booked amount. so my suggestion is never ever book a hotel in Chennai area online.they frauds a lot.

Hotel closed , they will take money online and OYO will say they they will not support They will ask you to call hotel and when u call hotel from google map phone number it will go to oyo I was stuck with my old parents at midnight Never book with oyo hotels It's a scam

I stayed in KB residency,urapakkam chennai . Very poor hospitality. Demand for more money than we pay to oyo. On refusing to pay more they refuse to give rooms . And not even hearing to our words. T.V - GEYSER - A/C were not working and no response had been given. The oyo rooms are fit for unmarried couple who need to stay for short time to make fun . Property Manager also encourage those people only. Oyo rooms are not fit for Business people or Family people. When we call Oyo customer care the only word we receive is 'SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE '
