Worst hotel in Kolkata. I paid over the card for two days, and the rooms are not clean. They say they can't refund the amount. Same day I am leaving. I wonder how Oyo us recommending this hotel in there brand Toilets are not clean no proper light, bad smell in the room. Cockroach all over the room. I am giving this single star because I am not able to post the review. They don't even deserve this single star.

Totally bogus,third class quality service. I've booked it for Vhyom Shy Palace but it appears to be Flagship Kalighat at the eleventh hour.The rooms were not sanitised,the behaviour of the hotel staff was very rude and it in located literally within a Muhammadan slum area.Overall my experience was unsatisfactory.I'll neven like to book rooms on any OYO service and had already uninstall the app.No mercy.

They simply denied my stay saying they are under oyo and don't accept agoda bookings! Obviously it was paid that's why! And my god the manager.. Trust me u would wanna give a tight slap to that man.. I guess they are just running a brothel..

I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE (PLEASE AVOID), reasons as per our experience in our recent visit:First the Hotel name mentioned here as "FLAGSHIP KALIGHAT" is INCORRECT. The name displayed was "ALIPORE GUEST HOUSE", hence it was very difficult to be found. Locals were also unable to locate.Second, Hotel room TV was not working, Toilet is not clean, Toilets/ washroom door lock was not working/ broken.Third, even after booked and paid for Room with breakfast hotel has charged for the breakfast.The behaviour of the front desk manager was very rude and not at all customer friendly. When we've asked for the breakfast payments were paid the front desk staff said "WE LET YOU STAY AT OUR HOTEL in this AMOUNT YOU BE GRATEFUL DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK FOR THE BREAKFAST, YOU PAY FOR THE BREAKFAST OR WE'LL NOT LET YOU LEAVE". We've prior appointment in Alipore court so we don't have time for argument so we left in haste after paying the additional money (which was already paid while booking

Worst hotel in Kolkata. No fixed time for check in but check out time was fixed at 11 am. I have reported on 29.04.2023 at 01:00pm at OYO flagship guest House, Kalighat Kolkata and asked to manager at reception about my pre partial paid online booked room, then manager replied that no room is available.when I asked about my pre-booked room , then manager replied that I can't do anything.He also replied that either you may go or wait till any room will vacate. After a long time waiting I got a room and manager checked in me at 04:45 pm but on the next day I have to compelled to check out at 11:00 am . I requested to manager that when I have been checked in at 04:45 pm from your side , then please allow me to check out at 03:00 pm, then manager replied that for this you have to pay 50% charg extra. Behaviour of manager was not polite. When hotel is not punctual for check in, then what is the right to check out on time? It is only the Monopoly of manager. What is the advantage of advance online booking for OYO hotel? Please take this matter seriously.

I stayed in that hotel for one night, paid the hotel rent in advance, but after checking in the hotel, they ask me 400 rupees, otherwise they will not give me the room key and their behavior is very disgusting.

Cleaniness and housekeeping was a concern. And also has issues with guest registration as the Hotel was demanding for more, while I had paid the total amount.
