AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Staff is very rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and need to go through some basic training and communication with guests. - I booked it thorough MMT for VFS proximity, and, they purposefully ignored online booking and asked for cash before checkin, I was in a hurry for other work so went ahead. They did not provided any bills after checkin or even checkout which was scary in terms of protecting customer rights. They might be evading this to show any booking on paper or hide cash from original owner. - Resolving the gap with MMT-OYO was cumbersome but they managed to do it on paper. I will update more if and when i get back my booking amount. - While the single room i lodged was passable for stay, the lift did not work and stairs were dirty, ashes all around, and used condom found in the stairs. - There are some eateries around but found the same issues with receptions and staff being equally rude. "No joy found in the city of joy" ironically. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- While some people would argue/ignore it for the cost of 1200 Rs room as value for money, the unpleasant experience trumps it.

This hotel is a dangerous hotel. This property owner and receptionist are criminals. When i called property owner after booking through oyo they told me to come, They'll accept my booking but when i reached they demanded an extra 1400 rupees. When I refused to check in the receptionist and two other staff attacked me physically and after that they snatched my phone and headphone and wallet. After a few hours i realised they had stolen more than 1000/-. When i told everything to the oyo representative they informed me that the property owner checked me out so they could not shift to another hotel. That property owner checked me out just for penny commission on my booking because it was prepaid. I told that representative how they can show me checked out if I didn't check in. That property owner found and used that as a loop hole. I informed them that if they can show me checked in then they should provide you proof. As govt. rule during check in property owners need govt id like voter, adhaar, passport etc. But they will not be able to provide any proof because i didn't check in and if i didn't check in how they will get my govt. Id??? Right that moment the property owner was outside but he didn't even take any action. That receptionist was a male black looks and attitude was like a goon. So my request is choose any other hotel but don't go their...

I totally agreed with Neha I also had the same experience of paying 1500 extra. I had already a confirmed booking through OYO and when i went there they asked me to pay extra 1500 and denied my OYO booking said that booking was done just for 1 hour. Guys please don't book through OYO. try some new APP for booking hotel. Now what OYO doing here is ,just responding with a automated script. OYO does not even bother about customer satisfaction if OYO would think about this, OYO legal team could have taken any action on hotel owner. OYO team is already aware about all previous reviews of customer and most of the customer has the same complaint. By looking at this it seems this OYO own property and company is doing a big scam with large volume of customer. People wake up and start complaining against OYO company and the hotel owner. Start promoting your complaint on social media and on other legal platform so that we can teach them a good lesson. We work hard and then we earn hence we should not have to let this go in anyway.

So bad experience....the room is not clean and also bed Wa ls to very dirty room is totally dirty and we had booking with oyo and our checkin timing in night our totally amount was paid but when we had reached she ask 1500 extra because of they say that Oyo doesn't paid him and Oyo say that Oyo paid total amount so unfair and we order for night food they give us fish and rice roti and sabji with minimum quantity and charg rs 500 so unfair...totally bad experience for me. ...I never ever recommend any one to go there

RUDE BEHAVIOUR, BAD EXPERIENCE. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL Very rude behavior of there staff I booked this hotel after confirming with OYO customer care early checkin. But after reaching there, he was asking to pay the full booking amount in the name of early checkin, whereas I had already paid through OYO website. While the customer care people were saying that only upto 30% of the booking amount has to be paid. But the hoteliers were not agreeing. That's why a lot of abusive words are coming out for this hotel. So I got the booking canceled by calling the customer care executive. But the problem is not solved yet, the booking amount which was canceled is not coming back to my account and is in OYO Money Balance and that was not the full amount. I have also mailed to OYO support regarding this to see if the canceled amount of booking gets refunded to my account. This hotel is not even eligible for 3.3 star, should get 0 (ZERO) And now the support guys from OYO will come here and say sorry for bad experience.

One of the Worst experience of my life With this Guest house booking They cant allow you to Room if you book this Guest house using Oyo You will be extra Only !! 1k per night for the small ,Smelly , without gyser ,Without wifi connection in The Room !!

Pathetic staff and rooms are very small. Don't go here you will regret. Dirty bedsheets and room was even not clean. For couple it's not a decent hotel will charge you heavily for stupids things while checkout. Check every item in the room and all corner. Find used condoms just inside the bed, don't know even they changed the bedsheets or not

This hotel is totally fraud. I booked from oyo a deluxe room. They didn't check-in from oyo app and gave us bad room instead. It's not couple friendly. The guy on reception laughing seeing us couple. They delayed checking by 1hour intentionally so that they can ckean and give us the bad room on their hotel. Requesting every couple do not go to this hotel. It's not couple friendly. They said something police raid occurs in their hotel.
