Flagship Jas Residency - Hotel in Chennai, Thazhambur - Chengalpattu, India

1. Reached around 0000 hrs. Horrible and spooky place. Bad location. 2. The person at counter poor attitude and keeps calling "bro". He demanded we pay extra money as OYO had charged very less. 3. Room smell of pesticide. 4. Not a good place to stay with family. Finally, did not stay at the place and went room hunting midnight.

Sheets were uncleaned, room was smelly, no basic amenities. No towel. AC was good. Price - Moderate. They will not book with Oyo, it's only a deception.

Never book this online. I have booked this for 1 day stay after going there they where telling we don't accept online booking now. They allow booking in online sites, but doesn't let you in. They make some xyz story.

Worst place for a break. Public or railway washroom/bathroom are better than provided here. The attendant was very unfriendly and demanded tip of Rs 100 on arrival.

Really very unhappy with this place, I went with my partner and thr was a receptionist his name Raja, while check in he was really very in decent in talking and was not responding, after I checked out he compelled me to give 5star his service, I said u didn't do any service y shud I give 5 star and its not ur duty to say give 5star, but he was going very rude mattners..he started compelling me to give 5 star. Really a worst experience with this property and I dnt kw y OYO takes like these staffs.

While we visit frogs welcome us, then inside bedsheet not washed and bathroom worst and lizard inside rooms for family kindly avoid suitable only for bachelors

The quality of the room was some what good but no wifi connection and the place is 3km far-away from main road.No more hotels nearby. And we didn't get geyser water for 3 days.but AC was in good condition.

Nice stay @ Jas Residency. I am staying there third time. Clean linen and good reception by manager. No disturbance. Helpful manager. Clean drinking water and toileteries provided. Paisa vasool. Kudos to OYO.
