The worrrrssssstttttt and the worst hotel ever seen Such a bad behavior and also rude behavior with customers They just need money not anything else. Rooms are dirty with ciggarette and drinks bottles and u can't stay thr with mosquitoes too. Starting they told just 1300 and finally they collected 2500 from us. They are the worst people seen Uncultured and unethical Just money they need U don't even get tea or biscuits near to that. No shops nothing Recommend not to go for jancy residency in annanagar
Not clean and even didn't have basic cleanliness. Even the closet remains previously used, I used to flush the same. Worst hotel I ever seen

The room was fine but no cleanliness at all. Even when they handed over the room, during checkin the room was kept untidy neither they made an attempt to clean. The most annoying thing was there was drainage water left for usage in the room. I went and reported it at the reception and they told it will be fixed within few hours but no action was taken. I literally used water from my drinking water to refresh myself. The worst experience I could ever have in a stay. I will never recommend anyone to this place.!!
I felt with their bed quality, it so awesome and no words to tell about that cushion effect. I enjoyed very much and I never seen like that bed quality since everywhere I were travelled and stayed in hotels.
Price okay but there is no good customer service
Not satisfied with the room facilities. I have given a Double bed room which has holes in the ceiling and the room was not cleaned properly before letting in. The customer service was average. An auto driver suggested this place by saying near by Trichy central bus stand. But it was actually located around 2 to 3 kms from Trichy central Bus stand. You need to walk about 500mts for near by Bus stop. So if any elderly Persons coming please come in Cabs. Overall it was good to stay if you are having no choice of rooms available near Bus stands. The price is average and affordable compared to others rooms located near by.
