Worst experience I had. First thing don't go along with baby. No hot water and bed sheets are very dirty. Reception guy behavior is not good. They just spray perfume cleaning is not good.

Worst experience ever. Never book this hotel. Waste receptionist. Very rude and charged 2000 extra per day. Receptionist and the other workers in the hotel were thieves. They tried to steal my things from my room when I was not in the room. They even opened my cupboard which I locked while going out. Please don't encourage such people by booking rooms in their hotel. No water no facilities provided. Oyo customer care are also unresponsive. Do not book hotels via OYO.

I had dis respectful behaviour form the front desk. What ever facilities they show in online booking, they are not able to provide that. Rooms are small like toilet size and untidy....they have sooo many local regulations which are hidden..... highly not recommended for saving your money and time.

They won't honor the booking through Oyo, especially when you opt to pay in person. They redirected me to their another property which does not have good toilet amenities. Only advantage is accessibility and the location of the property. Appeared costly considering the amenities and stay experience.

Unprofessional staff, made booking for AC room . But refuse to give ac room were asking for more money. underage children are working . Room provided with ac . But ac not working. Rooms ,bathroom are in messy condition. Not a good place to stay.

Bad experience.Dont book the rooms in this property I have booked a room with bathroom attached through Oyo.When I reached there ,property guy said your booked room is classic room don't have bathroom attached.I showed booking status and room photographs and all which is telling my booked room have attached bathroom.But they are not accepting my request.They are saying if u want bathroom attached room you have to pay extra 1000 rupees .They showed one room which have less clean in bathroom. Actually they are playing and this is their strategy to bring customers there after booking,later they will start their unethical and rude play. I have denied the room and searched for another room. And later when I checked Oyo room status it shows i have checked in to that particular room that I have denied (property guy simply gave checked in option). When I connected with Oyo support team and had a conference call with property manager he simply saying I have checked in to that room.I argued with him but he is not agreeing. Overall experience is very worst and I don't prefer..

We have booked online Oyo room by yesterday evening around 5pm.. Before leaving Bangalore needed the room in Chennai with so called flagship j2 service . Very worst management. Before reaching also followed up more than 5 times by the time they said pls come we have the rooms and even booking confirmed. Now after the arrival they said straight away. We don't have room fully booked.. so irresponsible. By mid night 1pm they are playing. We never recommended these type of irresponsible management to go for further your requirements. Such a worst management, persons. Very bad experience.

Very worst behaviour in the reception.. They will take order from OYO and other apps but when you go in person they will not accept that booking amount instead they will ask more money.... Day light robbery... And the reception they will behave very badly. They will give common bathroom only.
