don't go if you don't know tamil. they are very rude. if you are booking from online they will for sure charge you extra and also not secure for couple i felt so. It is also very difficult to find that hotel because it's in forest. you will feel scary
I recently booked this hotel for my work trip and the stay was pathetic, don't believe on the positive reviews and photos shared for this hotel, i fell into that trap which was false reviews. The bathroom was like public toilets, the rooms are not clean. No power backup incase of power cuts, no towel was provided, basically you will have an empty room and you have to carry everything you need. Finally you have to pay extra amount the rooms and they don't agree to the online bookings.
Please don't book this place. The manager and staff are rude, pathetic and greedy. My story: Booked a room when visiting Chennai first time. Landed at 8:30 PM in Night it was raining heavily. But was convinced that I had already booked room. I called the room to check the address and suddenly was shocked they had already given the room to someone else and started asking extra amount if we want to stay in there. Since I had no choice I went in but room was so dirty, felt like a bus stand. checked in the morning. Had to pay 2600 rupees for the room which I booked for 810 rupees from 8PM in Night to 9 AM in morning .... (I forgot about stories on mosquitos, cockroaches, lizards - felt like a zoo) pathetic never believe their word. they take advantage of people condition.
The room is also of good size and hotel service is available always so a good place to stay overall.

This place is run by non-professional people. Stay away from this place if you can. I had a booking via OYO and after paying the full price on the website, while checking in, they denied it and forced me to pay the additional cost. Did not have a choice as we came and did not have time to search for others. If you wanted a peaceful stay - AVOID this place. They operate in different names. So go with the address. We are working on getting a legal option too as after receiving the additional payment they denied invoice for the same.

They are literally cheating.. they are cancelling rooms when the amount shown in oyo app is less than their need.. also they are stating as 1st come 1st serve...so whoever comes and ask room... will provide to them not to those booked in.app.. then y they need this app platform.... poor service.. poor staffs.... poor reception... no tamil speaking staffs
