Pathetic experience while checking in the room with OYO booking confirmation! The property manager first agreed to accept the booking price quoted by OYO but insisted to pay more money when the luggage was being shifted to the room. Entered into unnecessary arguments later. Also, the room shown is not maintained good.

Worst experience, receptionist is a dumba****, payed extra 1500rs more than the oyo booking amount. And they are not even giving me the bill for that. Never go to this Hell. Room is the worst, no blankets not cleaned, no table chair, bathroom also un hygenic.

First we booked different hotel last minute OYO changed our hotel to this worst to worst hotel Very very worst experience we ever had before. Worst rooms, worst people with no humanity & no ethics at all. Even though I booked 20days before & paid full amount still they were not at all ready to give rooms they were asking extra amount with no other option we paid 130% extra amount what I paid before, We struggled a lot at night 10.pm then they gave rooms which are so worst with no AC, No water in bathrooms & not cleaned. OYO has to take a action on this or else it's not too late that OYO will get bad reviews continuously. OYO please refund our extra amount what we paid there we can provide you all the proofs as it's our hard earned money & we are from normal middle family. Please

Worst ever experience... totally fraud ... We had to pay extra even though we already paid online.. He asked 1200 extra , the manager said the amount on oyo is just booking fee... Won't even refund also the amount..worstttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

Horrible. OYO confirmation was not honoured, even when it was prepaid. The shady staff pressurised me to pay more. Otherwise, they were not willing to accept the prepaid confirmation. Since I had no time to search for alternative accommodation, I had to yield. Felt cheated and cornered. OYO brand has no credibility if such things happen. This is the second time it is happening to me.

Worst accomodation. The moment i reached, they told no rooms. When i argued that i paid part payment, then they are demanding 4800 extra. Oyo customer care will not even ready to listen to us. I was literally on road for 2 hrs, then got irritated and left. Oyo is not even ready to refund my amount. Worst service

Simply waste,one of the worst of all property. Useless in booking was advised by staff no room available even after room booked while ago.

Don't book this hotel on any app. The receptionist will ask for extra money while you go for checkin. You will suffer a lot if booking is cancelled while you are at the hotel. The receptionist is really dump. All the previous reviews were true.
