Very bad services they didn't even provided room after bookings from oyo. staff's behavior is very bad they want 400 rupeed me to stay in the room after I have already booked my room from oyo when I demaded bill for 400 rupees they said if u want bill then take it from oyo when I started video recording they ask me to out from his property. very bad services
The location of hotel is not true. It is in very dirty place. Don't come here. Criminal activity is also going here. So come at your own risk. Every thing about this hotel which is mentioned on Google is fake. Safety issue. They will force you to pay extra when you are going to check out.
I stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was in disrepair. When I complained to the hotel manager, their behavior was appalling. They were rude and unhelpful, refusing to address the issues or offer any solutions. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was shocking. I wouldn't recommend this Oyo hotel to anyone due to the subpar conditions and the poor attitude of the manager.
No personal attached washrooms available. Rooms are not as shown in the advertisement. Rooms are very small. The location is very hard to find and the roads that leads to the hotel are very dirty. Worst hotel experience ever. Don't go to this hotel. Washroom was very dirty .
This is one of the worst hotels in Patna. 1.)No water availability 2.)Staff members are unprofessional and very rude.They will start abusing you if you complain about water ,bedsheet anything. 3.)Location is in very interior streets under streets ,filthy roads. 4.)They will ask you to pay extra for everything. If you have booked the hotel from Oyo they will say go and complain in Oyo If you have any problem and will ask you for extra money for the booked room. 5.)No security at all,rooms are combined and you will have to share with any unknown person . 6.) Don't order food from this hotel as they provide too much oily food,quantity is also less and they charge excess for everything.
M****** I have been calling since 2:00. The hotel guy is not even picking up my phone. I am wandering on the road. In the end, I had to choose another hotel, book one from that hotel sometime, go to a nice hotel sometime.
There is no facility to give 0 rating otherwise I would have given 0 rating worst hotel experience I have ever faced in my life I booked this hotel through Oyo app and after coming to hotel they said me to pay extra when I said I have already paid then they said "property Oyo ka nhi hamara hai and they started behaving in very unprofessional way "in simple words they started giving gali"when I have requested to them to behave properly they have thrown me out of propety. One more thing in front of me only 2 3 more customers came for them also he asked extra charges. I must say agar apna bhala chahte ho toh please don't visit this hotel
