Worst experience with this hotel which connected with OYO, app shown very neat and clean room and good hotel and normal price but when I reached location they told me OYO k price listing me kuch problem ho gya hai isliye aapko jada amount pay krna hoga and I pay excess amount at hotel. So please don't book this with OYO.

Very good hotel. It's near Charbagh railway n metro station. Staff was very polite and it was a memorable stay.

I have booked the room through oyo as shown in pictures the room was different they provide Rooms and washroom were not hygienic staff was very bad High cost low service Not Recommended

worst experience i have ever faced in this hotel. room was very small and dirty. seems like has not been cleaned from months. I have booked room for 2 adults but the blanket they have provided was of single size and not even cleaned it was very old also. Water supply was not good. is got empty in the morning when i went to bathroom. had to wait for 15 minutes in bathroom for water. I have booked the deluxe room of 3X size, but they have provided very small room there was no any cupboard or study table and even no any toiletry kit or towel provided.

If there was any option to give 0 stars then I would have chosen that one. The guy at reception denied check-in and asked for money over the booking price I paid. These kind of people should not be allowed in the hospitality business.

Worst hotel I have ever seen through oyo... No service.. Staffs are highly unprofessional. They are direct knock your room and they will enter at any time. They are also used to check out by themselves by taking your mobile for the purpose of any formality and they rate themselve as they want. So don't trust on oyo rating also.

It was great experience to stay in your hotel for me as comparatively with others. Well Behavior & Supporting by the Owner & Staff also. Everything was good & hygienic So, It's really nice to stay & Safe too. I give 5 Star

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I did booking through Oyo. He marked room no 106 in the Oyo record but gave me room no 201. Neither sanitised room properly nor the place was good. This room was not in good condition and unhygienic environment. Kindly check the images that I took from the room. He did not have the double bed bedsheet and also did not provide the soap for hand wash even after asking for two times. Also asked for rating forcibly and did not gave my original ID without rating done. Other many points, I did not mention because do not have time to write a long post or review.
