I want to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had with Oyo. After making an online payment and arriving for check-in at the hotel, I was denied entry. This incident was extremely frustrating, made worse by the lack of effective communication and assistance from Oyo's customer care. Over the course of 30 minutes, I attempted to resolve the situation, but every interaction with Oyo's representatives resulted in negative responses. At one point, I was pressured to stay in the same hotel, even though I was seeking a resolution or refund. In light of this situation, I decided to find an alternative hotel independently. I've decided not to use Oyo for my future bookings and would strongly advise others to do the same.
Very worst hotel. I book this hotel through Oyo . I reached kota at 2 AM morning on 6th May. As I am reaching Kota on 6th morning that's why I already book the hotel for 2 days 5th May and 6th May but when I reach the hotel at 3 AM receptionist declined the booking and told me we are not accepting online booking and also staff behaviour is very bad When you guys not accepting the online booking then why you all listing your hotel in any online platform. Worst hotel don't book this hotel.
Terrible experience. Booked a room online for 1 night stay. But on our arrival the hotel Was closed. Reception call wasn't being answered either. We waited outside for about an hour at night. At the end we had leave and stayed in another hotel
Staff is very unfriendly. They don't serve you anything even for water you have to wait till 11am. Tea they will say No. Horrible place.
I booked through goibbo app at 404rs then i came to hotel for check in then receptionist denied check in at that tariff. Room is not so good not so bad, wash room are not clean ,people working there are not professionals, they even not give you a sealed packed mineral water bottol, location shows in map is wrong.
These people are fraud . Please don't book room in this hotel . Its normal and very frequent for them to not provide the room when you visit even if you have already did partial payment. They will say that we will not accept on this much tariff. Receptionist will ask to pay 800/- rs. Extra on personal mobile no.. Room is also pathetic small and very dirty . Lift not working. Guys don't take my words lightly

The manager of this hotel behaves very rudely. My booking was done through OYO app. They denied it saying we don't take bookings.
