Please don't go there. They are not accepting oyo. They will charge double of your payment. Room was not clean. Bad beds ,pillows, no doors in the bath room . Not properly attached bathrooms. Smells are coming from various parts. You can see the photos.
The quality of room provided to us was below average. The wall colour was coming off. The bathroom door lock was broken. There were no towels given, the AC was not working!! Really not expected.. bad experience :(
I booked the room online for 2 nights from 17th july to 19th july 22, But alas the receptionist ask me to pay Rs1000 extra when the amount was paid in full with Ogodo. Have to pay the extra money with no options, They're Cheaters, Now I am going to file consumer case in the court of Cuttack, they should be treated a lesson for cheating. Not good hotel.. We were booking at 499/- but in this puja they charged us 700/-.. As per 700, room was not clean, tv not working, ac not working properly (remote control not working at all), if u once turn on ac you can't off this with remote. You have to loose the plug for ac off. Also, they hanging a fan just for show off.. Bad experience.. Seriously.. I will never stay there again (I don't know how they provide room like this to their customer)
Good space in room, cleaning inadequate and ac not working. Food is very tasty, but mattress looks like it has not been washed well. Dust and cobwebs on the walls. No soap, geyser working
Very Nice Hotel, Good Location near Main Road, Good Comfortable Room, Well Decorated. The Room Service was very Good, the Food was very Good as compared to any Ordinary Restaurant (we had Lunch Meal @Rs159). The Receptionist was very well behaved, and all other members of the Hotel were very Cooperative. Overall I had a very Good Experience there and I'll highly recommend this Hotel for some short stays...
They so called manager of this hotel , who was very rude, doesn't have manners,don't know how to behave with the guest . Being a hotelier, I will never recommend this hotel . Even no recommendations for OYO too. Till now I am waiting for the refund and response from OYO . They should shut down the company.
