This is the worst hotel ever! Do not even think about staying here. The staff was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. They refused to let me check in and questioned why I had even booked. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and it was a nightmare.To make matters worse, the OYO customer care service was an absolute joke. After multiple conversations with them, they finally offered me an optional stay at 3:30 pm in the afternoon. What kind of service is that? I had to jump through hoops just to get any kind of assistance, and even then, it wasn't for this booking. I was told that I would have to book again through their platform or customer care and pay extra!I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. It's a complete and utter waste of time and money.

The staff doesn't know what SERVICE means. If you say water supply is not there in bath room , the staff would say ,' what can they do with that ? '. Room not clean , flush not working ,and service was the worst ever I received . I would recommend this property to who I really hated the most. Looks OYO also do not care about the customer service and they don't talk to property in advance and the customer has to suffer with the property first denying the check in then after so many discussions , Oyo would manage to get some property but with poor services . I intend not to use OYO Service further ..

Too bad experience room an toilet are so dirty ,leakage from the roof, toilet seat cover is broken. Lots if I tell the to star tv but the don't start the always make a iskus say we solve the problem we recharge the TV but elapsed no any problem solved neither change the room So my request to you all no visits This hotel for those couple who want stay for an hour.

Not happy with the hotel. Pros: nice colony it is located, easy accessibility of autos to go out Cons: Rooms in picture are new but not the actuals Need to ask for lights, tv and door mats to be arranged.

Very bad place to stay. When you are giving 800 there are much more options. I booked it from Oyo they were not accepting my checkin. I had to pay more amount. Hospitality is all about humbleness.

Worst Experience Ever , Staff was Misbehaving , I Faced Communal Harassment Also , They Was Cancelling My Booking Just Because I Booked Room With An Offer Price, and Manager wasn't ready with the price , So I paid extra money from the offer Price. That is ridiculous.

Never book this hotel. I book it .room are to small. And they not prepad any room . They shift us another hotel. Very bad experience with this hotel and oyo. Photo aee fake in oyo app Please do not book it font sray there. There are so many hotel in indore.
