Flagship Hotel Sai Anant - Hotel in Bilaspur, Mopka - Bilaspur, India

I have booked a room online and when I reached for check in they told I don't have your booking and my occupancy is already full we can't offer you any room. I show the booking details also but they denied saying that we are not taking online booking due to occupancy issue. It's new tactics of fraud.

Hotel and Oyo company both are doing totally fraud with customer. This is my personal experience seen on date 10.12.2022. when we arrived at located hotel with my friend then hotel reception can't provide room even room was already booked through OYO. Big thing was that, even OYO is also not able help us. All these situations are during night around 10 PM.

only for local couple stay other not available rooms. don't mistake by oyo booking vary third class. price shown in app different. properties manager want more money.

Don't book this hotel in Oyo. Whatever fare shown in Oyo. The hoteliers will charge you the full Rs1000 For single Bed A day..

In OYO and in reality price has huge difference. The property asks extra amount while checking in else they'll deny you checkin...

I had a very bad experience here. the room is not clear washroom is not clean even some insects are also there

Bad experience...The owner denied my check in into the hotel and they demanded extra money from me..and that too at the night time ..

Gud service....gud place ...could have been better if Suraj Manikpuri.... manager would have been there ..
