The place was clean and the room service guy (sorry didn't catch his name) was very polite, courteous, prompt and helpful. The person at the reception however is a different story. Initially I was unable to find the hotel using Google maps, so I had called for directions. He was very impolite, impatient and when I didn't understand his directions he simply disconnected the call. Next when I did reach the place and was checking in he was charging me the wrong amount. I had made the booking through the OYO call center and had already paid 50% of the amount. In his system he can see the paid amount and under "to collect" the rest of the amount was mentioned. Instead he was insisting on the full amount. This was not a mistake of not seeing properly. In spite of repeatedly showing him the mentioned instructions he kept insisting on the full amount. Only after looking at other booking details did he grudgingly accept the balance amount. The place has security cameras installed but no separate security as such. They do lock the gate at night. There is parking available for only 1 4-wheeler so any additional will need to park on the road. No kitchen service or nearby restaurants. Zomato does deliver. I was just passing through and needed just a clean room for the night. So it was ok. But otherwise I wouldn't recommend the place.

Very poor experience, I booked this for my guest and the experience was very poor. Staff is very rude and owner only asks for money and did not listened to your complaints. Bed sheets was very dirty and torn, washrooms are in very bad conditions and when we complained about it they did not listened to it

Very bad service Haramkhor is not giving proper service. They act as if they don't need the customer.

Waste hotel offline it costs you 1800 but if you book it in Oyo it costs 800 !! Rooms are decent, difficult to find nearby restaurant and transport facility. Book online don't go for offline they will charge you more!

very very very disappointing stay... very rude behavioir by the hotel's manager... gave room late... my checkin was at 12 pm but they let me in at 2 pm.. anf telling us to stay in limits and all and have the excuse gave the excuse of laundry... i want my money back and that's y i didn't argued much with him by thinking that let him speak i will takk to support

Worst experience ever. Never stay at this hotel. Staff is rude and will ask you more money when you book online. Avoid bookings here at any cost.

Very bad experience, room are like cells. Washrooms are very bad in condition. Only bachelor can stay to save money otherwise for family it is not suitable.
