There staff's behaviour is not good, fully worst people. They don't know how to behave with guest. And there don't have time and minimum money of 10 rupees for update of menu card. Actually they are cheating with guest.

on arrival my checkin was denied saying they don't accept so less room tariff. Prior to arrival I paid the full amount. if this is the senario what's the point of giving discount in oyo app and the property doesn't accept. on availing the customer support they give quiet a few options but the standard of those property doesn't match the previous ones. hence I have to run from one place to another like headless chicken wasting 1 hr. atlast they canceld and booked again in gokul regency Promiseing they won't denie our checkin.but again they denied. lastly they gave me the room. in this hole process I have boooked twice and paid twice. I request for one refund. and kindly look into this miscommunication among your brand and your hotels

The room size is adequate. But they were not at all clean. Their was a foul smell coming from the washrooms. The bedsheets had holes in it. The rooms were okayish in size but very much untidy. You cannot describe this place as a luxury place to live in. Their were only two people in the entire hotel. The room service is also poor.

They completely denied my stay at night 11 pm because they have some issues with OYO and they don't care what a person will go through, very unprofessional adamant behavior. They even didn't talked with customer care even after they called them and additional they ask irrelevant price without any justification. Think twice before booking at this hotel because they are there to cheat you

This hotel owner is a BIG CHEATER because I booked this hotel from GOIBIBO for two days from 20/11/22, 21/11/22 for Rs.1369. But on reaching the hotel, the manager said, I have to pay 1109 rupees extra for my staying, because I cannot be allowed to stay for so little money. After calling OYO to ask for help, OYO customer care executive could not do anything and told me to contact GOIBIBO for refund or cancellation of booking. My question to the online booking app is also why they are showing less money on their app to book this hotel.This makes the customer feel cheated.

Total cheaters.... Booked a room at rupees 606 on oyo... After reaching receptionist said.." our oyo account is suspended" ... And charge rupees 1500 for a night...... Also they charge 30 rupees for a 1 liter packaged water ... But rooms are clean ... And good..... But they are greedy as hell... It's not worth 1500 in a night..
