Nice place. Booked it for outstation guests. Service good. Bulk price was affordable

This hotel is recommended to those who wants a nearby place to the airport. It's within close proximity to the airport. Just about 10 minutes. But I'd like to recommend the hotel ***agement authority to advise their staffs to be friendly with international guests. Apart from the behaviour of hotel staffs everything was fine.

The hotel staff had an unnecessary attitude all time. There was no geyser and wifi as mentioned in the Oyo app. This was misleading and extremely disappointing. I don't understand why did they even kept the TV. There were hardly any channels and the picture quality was damaged. They didn't even care to repair it. The AC when kept on after sometime makes an odd sounds. The bathroom was extremely small and didn't look clean. They also claim to have power backup which is again false. There was no power for almost 90 mins and everytime I would call them for an update about the generator they would ask me to wait for 5 mins. Then finally the power came after 90 mins and that's how they dodged the entire situation.

I was going to pay through the oyo app because i got 158 rupees discount but they told us to pay them the full amount. Otherwise they didn't give me room. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from a hotel manager. And not only this thing but the tap also damaged.when i start the tap it gave me dirty water for while then after 30 minutes it gives us clear water. There is not given any soap and other necessary things which i got everytime when i visit any oyo. Soap is a big thing there i have to buy water to drink.there is no water bottle given to us . Nice service oyo.

When I go for checking at that time the reception people told me that they will not provide the room if we book through Oyo or make my trip. They told also they if I book through offline they will gave a room and demand high amount 1500 I think Oyo shutdown there bonding

Booked this room through OYO helpline at discounts and received booking confirmation too. But luckily I called up directly at the hotel to confirm again on the booking. Upon calling he directly denied on my face for the checkin at the hotel as the price quoted by OYO was lower than his expectation and warned me not to visit the hotel with this price. Very rude behaviour. Requesting OYO to delist the propety from the portal and take strict action. Thanks in advance.

The room is not so good. specially room No 201 is not comfortable for couple there are no TV and no gresear. Ac did not work properly Its noise very loudly And the bed quality is very poor for sleeping also there are some switchs are did not work properly. Staff behaviour are so good but room quality is very poor than the picture demo images.

First off all very very very Bad behaviour of hotel staff they did not check me in they asked for extra charge . I booked from my goibibo and already pay online but they did not gave check in they said we did not received any booking from your name they told me that book from Oyo . After that I booked from Oyo but again he said we can't gave you room becouse price is too small call Oyo customer service and told them increase our hotel booking price another way you gave us more money . I lost my money my 1hrs everything. Very bad experience from this hotel . I apeal to all the couples never choose this hotel @oyoflagship KOL1609 hotel palki palace.
