Very bad experience. I have book online OYO and I checking hotel staff ask extra money i say already i have pay online. Staf say that money goto oyo pay extra otherwise you have oyo last i pay extra 150. Online pay 750 and I am enter one person say for tip no reasone very embarrassing feel what happen that I stay many hotel room but no one behave like that 1st time my bad experience. Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff. The receptionist did not let my parents (senior citizens) check-in and threatened them and asked them for more money than the actual booking we did online. He stated he won't let them check in untill they reward him. Had to pay him extra money in the middle of the night. That's when the reception person let my parents check in. Please be careful if u visit this place. Complete fraudsters. However room was good. No complains against the room. Go at your own risk
Absolutely disgusted with behaviour of staff. Asking for tip for 100 times. Rooms are not that bad. But hotel is not like they showed in photos. Elevator of the hotel building is really really really not good. Don't go with elevator. I don't recommend this hotel.
Unethical practices followed. Everyone was coming and asking for extra cash and denied entry to the room unless we pay extra cash. Made us wait 2 hours and forced us to pay extra 800rs. Very disappointed. The employees had a very bad attitude and said - this is our business and we need more money to run it.
They harassed my aunt last night. Threatened to remove them from the hotel if extra money is not given to the receptionist. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Could believe such things are happening under India's most trusted brand. We trust the brand and book those hotels, feeling it's the safest place for us, but the owner should now sit and look after his staff. This is called looting business.
Save yourself. Do not visit this place. Handled by goons. Oyo needs to take additional steps for safety of the customers. These goons did not me check in and asked for money. I was stranded there for hours in the night but the hotel staff kept threatening me till I gave them additional money in cash. I asked for bill which he denied. Traumatic experience. Do not visit
Receptionist ask for extra money if you book online and they will inform you that online prices are wrong. even fans are not working properly in rooms..they dnt provide AC & TV as provided in online offer . Cheep quality of rooms & misbehavior from hotel staff.
False information given by oyo executive when online booking. I'm book the hotel online on oyo website but hotel staff take extra charges at the time of check in. Room is good but washroom is not clean. Not up to the mark. Behavior of staff not good. Don't believe on oyo website they are given false information for booking. Please visit the hotel and then check in.
