Charges extra money for used water bottles ... Dirty rooms and toilet , dirty bedsheet and pillow ,worst service and the staff behavior was very bad . Asking money for unsealed open water bottle . Overall poor service with high rates , worst hotel.
Room was very dirty and small. AC was not working. Bathroom was very dirty. Room was dusty. Even Nals were not working.
I am from singrauli my brother in law was heavily affected by alcoholism, one of my friend suggested me nidaan deaddiction centre for his treatment. We admitted his in nidaan de addiction centre after 8 month treatment now he is cure from his alcoholism problem. As per my experience nidaan deaddiction centre is best centre for addiction problem.
Worst experience. They ask for 2x or 3x money when you check-in and denied to check-in with OYO rate. Room is so small, AC was also not working. Washroom is very dirty and small. Geyser was not working. Owner behaviour is very rude and disappointing. Never go to this hotel.
Staff behaviour very polite. Property manager also very helpfull. Location nice in terms of outing, food and some time spend our side the hotel. Food charges reasonable.
