Don't rely on oyo like app booking. They don't accept the offer rate. We had to pay the full rent. Rooms are not maintained well. Staff are friendly and food also good. Only ensure the price with the hotel reception before paying, because they won't accept the app offers.

Safe and secure. Neat and clean well furnished rooms with all modern amenities. Location is very nice near greenery. Staff is polite. Good hospitality and room service. Over all good experience. in future if i need hotel in Meerut, i will prefer Hotel Meerut international only. I recommend this Hotel to you all.

Decent hotel but very warm staff members...The staff specially the elderly person who served and made the food was very courteous and warm. The room was small but value for money close to the Subharti University main gate.No running hot water unless you request for it...

They have two properties with the same name When you reach there they will send you to their different property. When you go there they ask for extra money in the name of tariff issue. Otherwise they will not allow you to check in to your pre booked room for which you have already paid. Reception is very near to all the rooms so there is a very big privacy issue. Also the gentry near the hotel is also not very good. So avoid this hotel in any case. Thank you

I never stayed at this hotel, how did I receive a email from OYO that I stayed here, do you not verify email before asking them

i booked a room in hotel meerut international but due to it being fully occupied they sent me to hotel hmi international. according to oyo policy check in after 10 am is complementary and is subject to room availablity. the room was available but the staff told me that u have to pay early check in fee. i had to call oyo to get a confirmation and only then i was given the early complementary check in. there was no free wifi as mentioned in the amenities section. during check out i asked them the late check out policy because i wanted to check out later than the standard time. according to oyo policy checking out before 5pm is chargeable upto 30% of the booking amount. the hotel staff told me that it is not possible and i will have to check out or pay the full amount to continue. there's a huge discrepancy between the information displayed on the oyo app and the hotel itself

Worst experience... I booked a room at Hotel Meerut International but the manager sent me to another hotel HMI International (his second hotel) where WiFi and a wardrobe were not available. The hotel manager of HMI International, during checking, asked for extra money in addition to the online booking amount and charged me extra. He asked for money and said sir you can go somewhere else. And at the time of checkout asked me to open the OYO app and show the booking id number, after that he took my mobile from me and gave himself a 5-star rating... This is not right...please think before going there... Thanks, maybe my review can help others...
