The worst experience I had from Coimbatore. We had booked hotel through MakeMyTrip For an acre, but they tell that there is no AC room available. And after cut discussion with makemytrip they give us AC Room We cannot tell that it is AAC rule. The ac is not working properly The room was such a disgusting room. We had taken The room for some meetings. But we can't do that meeting on time. Because only a bed is available on that room. There is no chair or table in that room. We have called the Roomboy for our needs but there No response from their side in their advertisement and other online media. It shows a very beautiful, elegant and each room. There is no similarity between the photos they upload on the site and. The reality

1. Rooms are average, basic bathrooms. cleaning needs to improve. 2. Hospitality and room service good 3. Good location. Easy to access the R S Puram area. 4. Average price range for room.

Overall very bad experience, at the time of booking (Agoda) it was offering AC room, but reception denied that and allotted non AC room. It's far from coimbatore railway station. Room and bed was completely dirty. No water supply at all. Never recommended to anyone.

Pros : *The rate is very cheap and reasonable. *Hotels are available next to the hotel. Also hotel itself provides food services during specific time. *Near brookside. Cons : *Very bad service. * No basic bathroom essentials like soap, shampoo or towel. *Bed bugs under the bed.

Not expected this type of Hotel by OYO, their is no compliment of Soap, Towel, Hot water, drinking water, very congested, non-Hygenic...rest u can immagine

The most Worst worst rooms i ever seen. The pictures shown in oyo for this hotel is not at all matching. The whole hotel corridors and rooms are full of cigar smell and alcohol smell. The rooms are not clean and bathroom taps and faucets are not working. The chairs are full with dust, stains and fungus. The staff is not supportive. They will not provide towel, soap nothing. They dont even bother to respond properly. The bedsheet is full of stains. Really a Horrible place to stay, so immediately left the hotel. I have booked this hotel in oyo. So raised a complaint. The hotel staff is not bothered to talk with oyo customer care also.

Never book this hotel better stay on Road. There photos are fake, there rooms are terible it is like a slum, mattress not cleaned full of blood spots, washroom not cleaned, manager is disrespectful. Ye chutiya log hotel open karke logo ko chutiya bana k bas paisa le raha hai

This is the worst hotel to stay. It is better to sleep on roads than in this hotel. There is no maintenance and we can find bed bugs in the bed. Also, everywhere, we will get alcohol smell. Never consider this hotel for a stay.
