Over all good ! I cut one star & give 4 star out of 5 because towel was not net and clean, & ro drinking water not available. (But normal water available) Ac working properly Good staff Good Location
this hotel is overpriced and don't fall prey to photos of hotel rooms you will get disappointed after entering the room. AC wasn't coming lower than 25! towel dirty and no drinking water facility either. in the name of drinking water you shall get tap water that is too hot in this summar. Not to mention a restaurant on the top plays such loud music until 8 pm if you are thinking about afternoon nap just forget it.tarrif should have been below 600...

Booked the hotel online for jan. Upon calling the hotel I was told that my booking will not be honoured since they have taken direct bookings at higher prices and the hotel is sold out. Opportunistic and unprofessional hotel. Avoid!
staff behaviour was good.ac was not working, room ceiling light was continuously on and there was no switch to switch off the room light. if you off the light then fan will also tune off as both were connected with same switch
The staff was very supportive. The room and washroom was clean. Easy to commute to this hotel. Ambience is great. Would highly recommend.
Got the dirty linen changed. Towel was also changed as the room was made without changing the linen and towel. Breakfast quality could have been better. Rooms are OK. Dinner ordered from restaurant (not owner's) was good. Keep cash handy as you may need it while making payments.
I request to everyone don't book this hotel online and because room very bad condition and and no kitchen service .. staff is very roude no manners for behiveor and no trade staff.. Requested to each person book avadh hotel near by 1 Km distance...very good hotel
