Flagship Hotel Jal Sagar - Hotel in Vadodara - Vadodara, India

Disgusting experience. Firstly they gave a discounted price for the room when asked as per the condition of room shown to us. No land line was provided so constantly had to call on hotel number for bottle of water which was provided after 2 hrs of check in. The electric connection was loose due to which electricity supply was not constant. No dustbin in room. Later while check out asked them to get the wiring fixed and about the landline the receptionist bluntly said "discounted Tariff rooms are provided with discounted facilities" which was quite a shock that if there was such thing it should have been cleared before check- in by the staff. That they provide rooms with defaults and remove basic things in room for mere discount Rs 200- Rs 300. Clearly cheating the customers with their mind games.

The Room was booked on make my trip and fully paid. The funniest is they refused to allow u to stay because it was fully paid. The owner was the most terrible did not know how to welcome a guest. He was more money minded then the Guest. Hotels arbasically guest friendly. But this guy claimed to be owner and spoke a Ruffian or A Don. He did not even have a coutersey to speak polite and handled his problem with make my trip..

Had to give one star to proceed... Not even worth that. The receptionist Mahi Verma is full of attitude. Says for some amount we shouldn't have booked online. May be belonging to rich family working for fun. Jal sagar will be at lost if this is the hospitality they provide. May be have not bought at offer rates. Very bad hospitality. Horrifying bad room. Didn't even had towels to give. Anyone who buys things in offers, do not visit Jal Sagar hotel. 20 crore ki property mein 20 paise ki hospitality nai hai.

Best experience I have ever feel. Staff behavior also good and rooms and washrooms also maintain (full hygienic) Foods and all things are very nice. Location also very near to Railway and Bus Station. And price of rooms also in budget.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. However, staff response is pathetic - Staff did not deliver simple water bottles from the kitchen/fresh towels during the duration of the stay. Room phones do not work. Hotel restaurant is not operational - breakfast/lunch/dinner had to be ordered from zomato/swiggy instead. Do not expect the Hotel WiFi to be of decent quality - ok for notifications but not for streaming

Good property but badly managed. Rooms were specious with decent Morden interior but there was no hot water in bathroom. Small cockroaches were roaming in the room. Very small house keeping staff... I think only one or two persons were there for whole hotel. Didn't give us towel and when asked gave it with very hesitation like we were gonna steal it. There was no glass or tea cup in the room. We booked room via Oyo but front desk staff asked me to cancel that booking as they have no vacant room alloted to oyo and said they would make offline booking for different category room and while leaving no bill was given. As we were running short of time, so didn't fight much to get the bill but I could smell that there was something fishy going on. Breakfast was pathetic as it was brought from out side street vendor from where anybody can get for 20-30 Rs. Over all be careful while booking room in this hotel and never opt for paid breakfast during your stay at this hotel. I would not say it was horrible or extremely bad but it was not good either.

A good hotel at budget price. However, a lot can be improved.Even the room I bought was executive, there was no breakfast served and Toilets were quite stinky. The executive room of this hotel can be compared to a normal room of established 3 or 4 star hotel. If you are willing to stay over here, do go for higher options only as this rooms are okish and better then the rest.Location wise it's perfect. It's near to railway station and bus station.

I tried several other Oyo hotels like Rajpaath & infinity and hotel Jal Sagar had biggest Room space of them all. Checkin was late they receptionist said it was due to lot of people checking in at a same time . The hotel is big but not maintained with regards to the cleanliness standard , at any corner or landing you will find some dirt . The number of closets is insane to store your clothes . No hot water from taps so you will Have to ask for bucket of hot water. Price is less compared to others and I find it convenient because there are lot of places or close to food joints for meals / tea / snacks . Also they will ask for your phone saying they want to provide some coupon code after checking out But it's their sneaky way to go to oyo app and put a five star rating for their hotel So beware ....
