The service was good but the condition of the room was very bad, the lights of the room are bad, the door of the washroom does not close.
When I entered the room, I found extremely dirty pillow covers, dirty used bed sheet. I asked waiter to change it. He bluntly refused stating new lilen is not available. It took me 1 hour to get these changed. No toilet kit, no water, even getting an empty glass is a task. Very rude room service staff. Yes, Reception staff is polite and good. Overall my experience is very bad.
highly unprofessional staff. You order food from the menu but they'll wrap up and deliver the food they have in the kitchen. you complaint and they'll justify themselves with lame excuses. We were served Dal in the dinner which was prepared in the day for a personal feast organized by the owner. Morning breakfast order is taken but not conveyed to the kitchen (they dont hv separate intercom numbers for different facilities). after waiting for 1 hour they will apologise and again take your order and then wait for another 1 hour atleast. Room charges was already discounted by goibibo. Inside the room the amenities were good. bathroom was big and satisfactory. The front desk was mannered but I am quite unhappy with the kitchen and room services. My recommendation..take this hotel only if you are not left with any options. **. be prepared that you may have bits of annoying experiences. And I just hope they mature in their hospitality in times to come.
Good rooms, clean & well maintained. The only suggestion I have is improve your food quality, it's too spicy. Hopefully next time they can serve me much better food. The location of the hotel is great, it's just 300 m way from Patna bus stand.
One of the best service delivery and quality rooms are available here. But the prices of these rooms may be high because it is OYO attached. It is a 4 Star Hotel.
