Pathetic Experience. Rooms shown on Agoda and OYO are fake. We people see the photos there and book the rooms but it turns out to be a dirty place. Rooms are not even clean, no maintenance at all. Also the building is dirty. Agoda website says breakfast is included and after reaching there you get to know they don't provide breakfast at all. If that is what the hotel wants then why do you even list it on promoting websites. You may be making little money by doing so but losing in the long run, a simple business mistakes even the kids would understand. I just cannot describe anymore because all the experience had been worst from maintenance of the room to hotel staff when talking on the phone for my booking confirmation, etc. I was solo, so somehow I managed but it's not easy for couples and families. Also not recommending to solo travellers. I hope the readers would understand through all the reviews posted here.

I had a terrible experience. Based on the reviews and images on the Agoda site, I booked what seemed to be a great hotel for two days. However, the actual experience was awful. The room shown on the site was fake, and the reality was the complete opposite. Anyone considering booking a room at this hotel should check the Google reviews to see the truth about the rooms. The behavior of the staff and hotel management was unacceptable. We trust online sites like Agoda and OYO, assuming they visit their listed hotels at least once a quarter. I urge all online booking sites to visit this property before promoting such low-quality hotels to customers. This is a form of cheating customers. When issues arise after booking, the hotel staff & site tell, their policies and rules, resulting in customers losing out. This is akin to cheating. Please take this matter seriously.

Behaviour of manager was ridiculous, Room was third class,dirty room no. 209, Charge extra money also after paying money they didn't give me the rooms which shows in application. 0 star for the property, owner,manager, behaviour...

This place is definitely not for those who come from decent homes. Terrible rooms, terrible receptionist, shady insides. Oyo and Agoda should recheck and verify once their membership. Mostly used for one night stands. Look out for clumsy and dirty bedsheets which other couples use and get it replaced. You definitely don't want to sleep with your open mouths touching that bedsheet. Hairs, cockroaches are common here.

Hygiene was biggest concern. Tap water was provided in mineral water bottle of bisleri. Pillows were not clean. Curtains were stained. Hot water was not available in washroom. Lift was in very poor condition. Washroom was completely a mess. Overall was the worst stay of my life... Not recommended at all

Very cheap and unclean hotel. The rooms are large enough but not maintained. The bed sheet and covers are unclean. The TV, phone and other facilities are only for show. The locks in the door are also inoperative. The first floor rooms are pathetic. It contains one very old fashioned lift. The service boys are not professional at all. If one doesn't have any other option to stay then one can choose for few hours stay On a very cheap rate. It the rooms are cleaned and maintained then it will be a good place to stay.
