Flagship Guardian Residency - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

These people and the hotel should be banned. Booked it online. After 10hrs of long drive, we came to check in at around 8pm, this guy denied us check-in, asking how much we booked it for and not willing to accept the booking price. Contacted the concerned Booking site, After having waited for a long time, it was cancelled. I was about to cave in and thought about paying his asking price. But my friend wasn't willing to give in to his unethical behaviour and we had to book another hotel at 9:30 pm. Why is this hotel still in business? They need to be shut down immediately.

Nice room but no breakfast and no cable connection..but the is very beautiful from there you can see the shillong view

I was denied check in by the manager though i had pre-booked my reservations online. The worst hotel experience I've ever encountered.

Pros: Size of the room was adequate. Location wise it's good as well. Taxis easily available near the hotel. Maggie in the breakfast was yumm!! Cons: Dirty sheets and pillow cover. Water logging in the bathroom. You have to sweep it out yourself after you take shower(Room: 102). Staff(except the one in reception) are decent and well mannered. They won't even give you free water bottle(so beware)

The rooms was not comfortable and aminities was usable. TV not usable No Gyser. Not Clean Quite Disappointed

Pros - Best part of the hotel is its location. The overall behavior of all the staffs including the owner Mr Paul was very good. In addition the best part is availability of breakfast.Cons - 1) Breakfast available by 8 am and not before that. 2) No Lift hence not recommended for senior citizens.

One of the worst hotels..it should be blacklist. In the name of service there is zero assistance from the staff. The geysers dosent work, no one is there to take calls from the reception. Literally worst stay. Book at your own risk

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room that i stayed was for two person, it had a queen size bed, 1 table and 2 chairs, a cupboard and a bathroom/toilet attached. In size it was small for two person to freely walk around at the same time but was not too small to feel claustrophobic. It was clean but not too neat, there were dust in some place like, on top of table, inside the cupboard but not that much that you can ignore it. The bathroom/toilet was clean enough, slight smell from the toilet if you keep the lid open, otherwise i had no problem with the bathroom. Water was there for 24/7. The price for the room was 1800/night, which I feel is a bit much. And last if you are on budget don't order food from the hotel, cause everything here is pricier. I ate a plate of maggi which cost me 80 rs, without any egg or meat. Better to eat at a restaurant. One great thing I like when staying in this hotel was that, not far from this hotel there is a restaurant which serve very good food at low prices.
